Speaker Spotlight 2024

Steph hosted the first Speaker Spotlight in September of 2024 in Phoenix, Arizona.

Stepping on stage, these talented and ambitious women invested in this creative event hosted by my friend Stephanie Dorworth! After pitching herself for recent speaking opportunities, Steph realized that she may have more opportunities to share! This is the perfect example of Steph realizing there was a need in the industry and she created something I’ve never seen before!

Every little detail was considered from including local women owned small businesses to share their products during the welcome mixer, gift bags + swag, setting the stage, capturing audio + video, to snacks + drinks to celebrate! As a huge Swiftie fan, Steph even greeted every speaker with a custom bracelet! There was a beautiful, intimate group of supportive women that gave real time feedback in the audience for ambitious speakers to share their stories and express themselves in a safe space on stage.

Having Steph has the creative director, videographer and editor, each speaker received headshots, tons of behind the scenes clips, edited sound bite reels and short form videos to share on social media and pitch for future speaking opportunities and events.

As the photographer and Behind The Scenes creator for this event, I felt so many emotional moments, and all the chills listening to these ladies and their stories. I could relate to many of them and they all left me wanting to learn more about their business, stories and offers! I knew this event was going to be magical because everything Stephanie touches turns to GOLD, but I can honestly say I was blown away by these ladies and could truly FEEL the energy in the room!

This is why investing in photography and video to capture your voice, feel your emotions and share your stories is SO important! Can’t wait for the next one already!!!
