Welcome to the blog, sort of like a digital garden where dreams are planted and grow wild! My name is Quianna and my family calls me “Qui” like key! I’m a traveling photographer based in Scottsdale and the Bay Area.
I love adventures and creating memories even more than I love photographing them—and I LOVE taking photos! In addition to capturing weddings, family milestones, and the best memories I also offer business tools, motivation and inspiration to help creatives turn their passions into their profession. We only get this one life, why not live our days doing what we love?

Wild Orange This essential oil will instantly help you feel cheerful and happy while dealing with situations out of your control! Diffusing it in your bathroom and in your car or simply applying it like a natural perfume can big a big mood lifter!
Peppermint When you’re feeling drained, spacey or just need a pick me up without another coffee or redbull, this natural oil will wake your butt up and help you stay focused! You’re going to get tired, feel overwhelmed and just need a breath of fresh air! dÅTERRA offers beadlets (like mints), roller bottles and of course the oil to apply to your skin or diffuse in the air to help wake up the entire room.
Balance Made of Spruce Leaf, Ho Wood Leaf, Frankincense Resin, Blue Tansy Flower, Blue Chamomile Flower, and Osmanthus Flower swirled with coconut oil, this blend helps to create calming vibes. Turn your chaos into tranquility with this oil… grab it and rub it on your mother, too!
The best part about these oils is that they’re all natural and because they are made of similar cells within our body (plant cells) so our cells know exactly what to do with them! They’re not scientifically made chemicals, they’re all natural.
How To Use The Oils
Topically – On Your Skin Simply add a drop to your wrist, back of your neck, or the bottoms of your feet. You can also drop essential oils directly to the area of concern for specific ailments such as muscle aches, head tension, or tummy aches. Dilute essential oils with a carrier oil such as fractionated coconut oil to minimize skin sensitivity. It’s always best to sample a small drop on your wrist before applying all over! Test it out for your own skin sensitivity before heavy use.
Aromatically – In The Air Aromatherapy has been around forever, and diffusing essential oils is one of the simplest ways to enjoy the healing benefits. You can add some drops of essential oil to your shower and inhale, take a whiff directly from the bottle, or add a few drops to a diffuser or to your diffuser jewelry. They even have cute car diffusers to help keep your car feeling like a mini spa while you’re commuting to work!
Internally – Eat Them You can cook with the oils, add them to your favorite drink, or even drop them in a veggie capsule to swallow. Internal use of essential oils can support your immune system and function, aid in the digestive process, and obtain antioxidants to prevent cell damage. There are endless benefits by adding these drops to your daily life!
