I love adventures and creating memories even more than I love photographing them—and I LOVE taking photos! In addition to capturing weddings, family milestones, and the best memories I also offer business tools, motivation and inspiration to help creatives turn their passions into their profession.

Catalina Island | Destination Wedding | Tony + Carly

As soon as the wedding planning began Carly and Tony were on a mission to find the perfect wedding venue. They spent their days off together wine tasting, exploring and visiting dozens of venues, yet there was not a single location they could agree on. For many reasons, they each wanted the perfect blend of their vibes, style and visions! After months and months of research they decided to just take a break… They needed to clear their heads and wanted to hit pause on wedding planning. So they picked Catalina Island for a short getaway to relax, fall in love all over again and simply get all this wedding planning off their mind!

Well, that’s all it took! After exploring the island and falling in love with this hidden gem just off the coast of California, it clicked! This is where they decided to get married! It was an easy decision for both of them and it just felt right! Literally, the perfect metaphor for love + marriage… When you stop forcing something and let things happen naturally, love always finds a way!

Catalina Island was absolutely stunning and the most beautiful backdrop for Carly and Tony’s wedding weekend! Their family brought their visions to life and helped to make it all possible! Tony’s mother, Kelli shipped over 9 HUGE boxes of florals and decor from Los Angeles and brought Carly’s wedding dream to life! It was truly breath taking with so much love and attention to detail!

I have been family friends with the Mancuso family for over 20 years and it was truly an honor to help capture their love! They included me in every meal, fun adventures + slow mornings enjoying the views. I even had time to explore the island with Tony’s little sister, Sammi! While Tony and Carly were experiencing the best day of their life yet, we all were having the best time, too!
