I couldn’t agree more with this quote! It’s easy to get caught up in the trends and insecurities of today, but it shouldn’t be hard to take a deep breath and love your reflection. The reflection in the mirror is purely a physical image of your existence.

That mirror has no magic. It has no memory of your laughs. No voice overs of the stories or adventures in your mind. Absolutely no recollection of the past or any future visions. Just you in the flesh.

Try looking at yourself in the eyes of your best friend. Your mother. Your little sister. They see beauty, grace, and perseverance. They look up to you more than you know!
