Oh my gosh, I have so much to tell you this year I am celebrating an entire year of offering monthly lucky 13 Many shoots here in Arizona. And I’m beyond grateful that it was a huge success. For years I’ve been wanting to offer monthly shoots for brands and businesses. I mean, I’ve been doing this for decades offering these marathon many days for families, and even couples, I’ve done really cute sweetheart sessions and anniversary photoshoots.
I felt like there was this missing gap with brands and businesses, because we all know that everyone needs a full on brand, shoot, right? Whether they are launching their business, they’re offering a new product, they’re pivoting, or they just need a quick refresh and like website makeover, right, we know that they need these big super planned and strategized content and brand shoots.
However, when you’re actually talking to these business owners, you’ll find that they really just want a couple photos, they really just need something fresh. So that’s where I came up with the lucky 13 to host these mini monthly super consistent shoots. And I just realized, you know, I’ve been wanting to get this for years, but I could never figure out the logistics. And I cringed at the idea of having to track punch passes.
I literally have commitment issues, even in my business. And I was afraid to start something I couldn’t follow through with, right so I couldn’t figure out how this was actually going to work were people going to purchase monthly passes, was it by two get one free. Like I just I created so many problems for myself before I even began. And I just just finally figured it out.
After years of battling different ideas, I finally landed on offering monthly affordable and creative many shoots on the 13th of every month. That way, it’s super easy to remember, and they just grab and go as needed. And I created a beautiful, intimate and safe networking environment. Flash forward to today. And this week, I’m celebrating my birthday on December 13. Yes, it’s the same day as Taylor Swift’s birthday, and I share my birthday month with Jesus and my tiny bestie Elianna.
It’s literally my favorite time of the year. As I wrap up lucky 13. I’m hosting an invitation cocktail party for anyone that attended any of the lucky 13 shoots this year. Okay, let’s be honest here, I am all about being inclusive and welcoming everyone. But I also love to be a little bit spicy, and honor those that take action bet on themselves and courageously show up when we would rather stay at home. Or maybe just try to play small and not show up on social media. So stay tuned for more social media posts, blogs, and fun announcements about this celebration this week.
For today’s episode, I’ll be sharing 13 lessons I learned this year and how they impacted my business. Lucky 13 was such a small but impactful puzzle piece of this year. And I can’t wait to share more about what my plans are for this next year. I took notes all year, listen to my clients and friends. And I’m taking action to implement the needs of the majority to help us all succeed. beyond measure. This list is packed with business life and aha moments that I want to document for myself. Let’s be honest, I’m really doing this for me. And you and I can’t wait to share with you today.

It’s my birthday week and I want to shout out to my mama Renee. I have the best women in my circle. And I know I wouldn’t have the confidence heart to serve others and the sense of humor without my mama. When any of my close friends celebrate their children’s birthdays, I always like to send a message to celebrate the mamas birthing day too, right? We all know that the day a sweet baby enters the world a mother is also born as well.
So Mama, thank you for holding me accountable for my actions for giving me a unique name and never missing the opportunity to say you’re welcome when someone compliments my name or the spelling of my name. My attention to detail. Hosting heart and belly lofts are rooted within you. Thank you for truly seeing and recognizing everyone around you to make them feel important and interesting. Thank you for loving me unconditionally. I know this podcast is just a passion project for now.
Honestly, I’m so passionate about sharing my stories and creating a platform for others to share their stories and their encouragement that it’s costing me money every month to keep it going. But someday it will fuel your custom would go kart like golf cart with purple Christmas lights. So you can be the greeter and groundskeeper of our future venue slash retreat space one day, I can already see you welcoming guest at our dream space with bubbly cheese and salami. I love you, Mama, thank you for bringing me into this world to help make an impact for the better. All right, and that’s about the gooey stuff.
Let’s break down 13 lessons I learned this year. Number one consistency is key.
Sticking to and committing to monthly lucky 13 shoots on the 13th of every month was a game changer. Not only did the word of mouth grow, but it helped us all have something to look forward to. I’d also love to share a quick shout out to my bestie Tara Dunn for stepping into cover a lucky 13th This last May while I was in California photographing a wedding. I couldn’t have done it without her. This lesson of consistency has made a lasting impression with my commitment to Quianna Marie Weekly.
Every week, I bust out a new episode with the help of Gaffin creative with my editors, Haley and Meghan, they truly are their dream team. And I wouldn’t have this dropping every week without them. They make me sound good guys. Okay, so if you are on the fence about starting a podcast, you got to invest in Gaffin creative people want Amazon Prime success. I just learned that phrase from my friend Julie In last week’s episode. So if you missed that you’ve got to tune in.
But seriously good things take time. And it’s worth the weight. Don’t give up too easily put the work in and never forget that fruit trees take about three to five years to bear fruit. No, seriously, Google it. Or if you’ve ever grown up on a farm or have ever been near someone that has a green thumb, like they’ll tell you like you put those seeds in. And it takes years for it to grow and to actually create the fruit, right. And that can be so relatable to life in business. So I suggest you do something you love while you harvest and make your impact.
Number two, just let Mike Love you. This is a personal one that I hope many of us can relate to. It’s been about a year and a half that I’m going strong with my boyfriend Mike.
But to be honest, the beginning was really hard. I have these visions in my head for how things were supposed to look or what I wanted. But all of that could never live up to the way he makes me feel or how I could have imagined my life today. If you’re experiencing a new relationship, or maybe you’ve been in one for a while but still have some walls up. This is your sign to lighten up and release those expectations.
My boyfriend Mike cooks every meal for us. I do the dishes. So let’s make that clear. And sometimes I jump in to help but really I just dance in the kitchen and talk to him. While he’s cooking for us. And he always does a meal planning. They’ll be Instacart food delivered to our home all the time. Like he’s just on it is just fun. Like he takes care of it.
He’s attentive to my needs, orders, whatever I mentioned, and you don’t Amazon is a great dog dad makes time to spend quality time with me and gives the best after work kitchen bear hugs to melt away all the stresses of the day. I hope this lesson resonates with you to leave room for magic. Some things may not go the way we imagined in our minds. But it’s the answer to our prayers, right. So if you are in this dating kind of field right now or this season of your life, please, please live your life, babe, go and experience really fun things. And never settle. Like never, ever, ever settle. Like, make sure that this person that you are looking for checks all those boxes.
But most importantly, please stay in tune with how they make you feel. Do you feel like you can just take a sigh of relief being in their presence, or you no longer walking on eggshells around them because you don’t know how they’re gonna react or what they’re gonna say, right? As your big sister and as your friend, I really encourage you to just surround yourself with people that feel like sunshine. Yes, Relationships are hard and lives are hard. But I’m quickly realizing as I’m getting older. It’s not that the relationship should be hard. Life is hard.
You guys are actually a team just like going to war with life not with each other. Okay, so I hope that finds some type of resignation with you or that’s the word like I hope you resonate with that really well. But yeah, just let that love come in. Obviously make sure you guys are attracted to each other and you enjoy each other’s presence but
Just released those expectations so you can actually be surprised and false so much harder and love.
Number three do it for the plot. I learned this lesson for my friends will say check out episode number 105 to meet d’Orsay. And to learn more about elevating your style, this is your reminder to show up to events. Try a new restaurant attend a themed party when you’d rather stay home and just try new experiences. This isn’t to be mistaken as becoming a Yes girl. But when someone invites you to try something out of your comfort zone, give it a shot.
You never know who you’ll meet, and I will live by the same that you are just one connection, or one friendship away from changing your life. Like this is how it happens. Right? So do it for the plot. Do it for the timeline, do it for your experiences.
Number four Funnel Hacking. This is the lesson I learned it to experience the sales funnel from someone I admire for many of my mentors that I’ve been on their email list for years, but I wanted to see what it would be like to kickstart their funnel from the first freebie Download today. So basically what I’m doing with Funnel Hacking is jumping into a funnel or email sequence to get these coaches mentors and business owners and just kind of like scope out what emails they’re sending. Now, to be clear, I’m not copying them, but instead I’m learning their sales strategies.
When do they send emails how often I believe it was on Liz Hartke’s podcast luminary leadership that I recently heard of this, but I have been doing this for years, paying attention to the checkout links, what platforms they’re using, and how they’re delivering their digital products. I mean, I literally like when I go to buy something or I grab a freebie, I’m actually looking at the URL and trying to dissect Oh, I wonder what platform they’re using to send this because I’m just a sponge and I I just love learning everything.
Just make sure you create a new email for this research. So your inbox doesn’t get flooded with these emails. I challenge you to not only funnel hack industry leaders in your circle, but also consider Magnolia by Chip and Joanna, maybe a favorite blogger you follow on Pinterest or even a big box store like Old Navy or Zara or Kohl’s, it’s actually fun to look at it from a business perspective.
Number five, the messy middle Growing Pains hurt. This year, I’ve experienced an entire identity shift. My business is expanding and growing. But I’m directing my offers to offer content and branding while releasing weddings.
It’s actually really scary to say that now if you’re new here Hi, I’ve been a wedding photographer for over 15 years. And over these last two decades really. I’ve photographed at all families, weddings, boudoir events, products, and literally all the things I’ve even photographed funerals. The lesson I learned this year is to embrace the messy middle. I didn’t burn down anything in my past business. But I’m shifting my offers and moving forward with decades of experience in photography, working with people building a business that survive over 15 years squeezed income out of the uncertainty of COVID and expanded out of state.
I have a lot of education to share a lot of opinions and a lot of experiences. I created the greenhouse, the resource garden for photographers and entrepreneurs to grow strong business roots and bloom big goals. This digital shop is packed with downloads, guides, mini courses and masterclasses to help you shine online and build a business you’re proud of that last for generations. Okay, back to the messy middle. Before I go on to the next lesson, I want to share that this growing pain is painful, it’s messy, it’s muddy, your growth and expansion doesn’t make any logical sense.
It actually sounds crazy to the loved ones around you and your friends and your parents and your spouse or your dog as you’re trying to explain what you’re what you have going on. Like they may look at you kind of puzzled, you’ll find yourself second guessing your decisions, feeling like you’re leaving the past version of yourself in the dust. And I’m not gonna lie, it sucks. Like it hurts.
It feels clouded. It feels confusing. It’s scary. But let me tell you, in my experience, this is where the magic happens. We literally have to become the next version of ourselves in order to reach the elevated version of our businesses that we crave.
Change is scary. But it also is really, really good. So I guess the lesson here is just embrace it. Like find that clarity. Try not to second guess yourself when you know in your gut, you know in your gut and just move forward. Just constantly keep moving. It’s when we pause, and we circulate and we just kind of keep going in circles is when we actually drive ourselves crazy, right? Like that’s the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results. So this is your lesson to just take a deep breath. Know that you’re not alone.
This is literally what business is about, especially in this personal branding and small business era, like, we’re going to go through these changes. You’re not alone. That this is definitely a year for me that I learned a lot. And I’m ready to shift. Just like an old, saying, No, my aunt used to say this to me all the time, when roses in a garden, like we need to hack them, right? Like you actually have to hack them to grow better and stronger and healthier than next year. And it can feel like that it can literally feel like this.
This big ol like clamp coming at you. I tried to cut back, literally your stems, and it physically hurts. Okay, so just know that this like short term pain can actually blossom into something so beautiful, and even more gorgeous and more rewarding than you could imagine.
Okay, and number six, prioritize friendships. Do you have that one friend that you always try to plan a lunch date with and end up picking a date six weeks out from now to squeeze them in? And then just keep pushing the date back and back? As you get closer? This is your sign to ask them what they’re doing tomorrow. Can you plan a quick power walk with them?
Can you meet up with them to grab a coffee and CO work together. Having friends online is fun and can be really encouraging to remind us that we’re never alone. But we’re all craving human connections and humaneness. Let’s make time to connect and actually follow through. I have a handful of girlfriends that I have truly developed some really great friendships with this year.
Just know for a fact that in the beginning, like the beginning of our relationship, and our friendship, if I didn’t show up for when those times where I’m like, I know I’ve had such a long day, I’m so tired. I don’t want to go to happy hour. Oh, gosh, I know they’re doing this mastermind this weekend. It’s the only day off that I’ve had nothing to do. And yes, I want to be there. And I know how important it is. But oh god, I’d rather just hang out with Mike all day, right? I know that because I put the time in early. And because I develop that strong friendship early.
That now I could go to three months without seeing some of these friends like actually in real life, and no that are solid. Right? So I think there’s this misconception that when you have these friendships that you need to create that you need to be available to them all the time. You should see them like friends, you know, see each other every night in the coffee house or in the morning before work, right?
No, actually, you can develop these really strong routed friendships from the get go. And then you get to set the pace, right? Like you get to say, hey, like I only have a bandwidth of this right now. Or oh gosh, I love to plan this event or I’m attending this event over here. That’s insert concert conference, whatever you have going on and invite them and it makes it so much more organic. Okay. So if you are looking for some deep rooted friendships and connections like I really hope you DM me and reach out I would love to hang out with you. I would love to connect you with someone that I believe would be a great resource for you or a great connection. This is like literally what I live and breathe for is being a connector.
I promise. I know someone that can help you in any capacity. Right?
So let’s move on to number seven. Aunties really are the best. This is the year I have the honor of becoming an auntie. Yes, I have lots of friends that have children that I actually make them call me auntie right?
And I love them unconditionally. There’s something extra magical about watching your brother become a daddy. I fell head over boots in love with my nephew Brody. And he came out cute and perfect. I know everyone says that I know everyone says Oh, yes, my babies the cutest or I know some people will say oh no, like most newborns look like potatoes, right? No, no, no, no, no, I’m sorry. Brodie just came out. So cute, too. Like his features are just perfect. And I’m not gonna lie. Like I said like, if anybody sees these photos, you’ll think Well, of course he’s a cute kid but like my kids cuter right? But I actually look at some like some of my baby photos and I think Brody looks like me.
So of course I’m gonna be so obsessed with him right? Becoming Brodie’s Auntie is the sweetest gift ever. I learned an empowering lesson of taking care of myself, growing my wealth and building even more stability so I can spoil him in the future. It’s tough living in another state from him but having the flexibility to see him as often as I can and purchase plane tickets for Mama to it means the world to me.
Another lesson I learned while bringing Brodie earth side which thank you so much, Lauren, my brother’s wife for being such an incredible mother. She has really like taken full steam like full load of breastfeeding.
And you know, it’s just, she’s just so so incredible. She takes Brodie to mean everyday, he’s going somewhere fun. She does this fit mom boot camp thing. So he’s just already outside getting lots of natural natural breezes and all the things and we’re just so grateful for all the hard work that she does. And my brother just couldn’t marry anybody better than Lauren. We’re just so grateful and one thing too, before we move on from this whole anti life thing, I’m actually shocked. Like, I know my aunties. So like my mom’s sister, Cindy, and my dad’s sister, Debbie.
They’re my hands. Like they, I mean, yes, I have other ants to that I love adoringly. But after experiencing, being an ant, with Brody, and literally looking at this little soul, and this just pure bundle of joy, literally willing to lay my life down for this little baby, right, like just loving him so unconditionally, and just and like looking at my aunts and being like, Oh, my God, like, I never realized you love me this much.
Right? Like, and I know that is like, so hard to conceptualize. And I hope I’m not losing you with this thought. But like, it’s just crazy. Like, I know how much my aunt’s love me, they’ve always been there for me, they spoil me with gifts and all the things I ever needed. And they’re just really good sounding boards for me, I idolize them and look up to them in so many ways. But like, just to be on the other receiving end of that, and like finally being anti myself and think, Oh, my God, like, I didn’t even realize that you love me that much.
Like, it’s just crazy. And it’s just the beginning. So I can only imagine all these new things, right? That are gonna come. So if you’re an auntie, oh, my gosh, your shout out to you. It’s just so much fun.
Number eight, try new restaurants. I know that meal planning and cooking at home is so much healthier and much, much more affordable than eating out all the time. But one thing I’ve been loving this year is making time for date nights exploring new coffee shops, with friends and trying new foods.
Okay, to be honest, I usually always ordered the same food everywhere I go, just because I know it’s gonna be great.
Every time I try something new, I look at Mike’s plate or someone in my family’s plate go, why did they do that? Right? But you get the point. Like you got to get out and try new things. And you know, it’s really fun discovering new recipes. But what the biggest lesson that I learned about when you get out and try new things is you’re literally rattling the universe. And you’re finding surprises everywhere. The business owner and artists in me loves looking at menus not just to see what wine and cheese they’re pairing, but the fonts they’re using.
I love architecture, signage, wall murals and decor that stands out. I can’t tell you how many hidden gems I’ve discovered in Old Town Scottsdale, or really anywhere I go. That I know I wouldn’t have found if I just popped into our regular spots. It’s a great way to meet new people. And it provides tons of easy content creation along the way too.
Which leads me to number nine, record as much of your life as you can. I know this can be controversial and not everyone is a fan of having their life blasted on social media. But hear me out. Every day life is moving around us. And it’s important to document the big milestones as well as the tiny mundane, everyday moments, I challenge you to flash forward to your future wealthy, healthy and successful self.
And imagine what you would say, when someone asked you how did you get here? What choices did you make to live your dreams and to make your dreams your reality? Wouldn’t it be fascinating to have a bank have quick clips of your growth experiences and timeline checkpoints that lead you here?
We don’t have to take it so seriously that makes our life feel like a reality TV show. But this is your reminder that you’re alive is not only worth living to your highest potential, but worth sharing your story to inspire others as well. Not everything you records need to be posted by the way either. Okay. Number 10. Develop your main character energy.
Capturing content and writing your own business plan and life story will be a whole lot easier when you’re truly living authentically and enjoy being in your own skin. This lesson was a hard one for me to learn this year. In the past, I’ve always put my family first and over delivered above and beyond in my business. I do those things because they bring me joy. But that joy was dwindling when I wanted to be generous with my time, money and gifts but my bank account was decreasing as my dreams kept me in the clouds.
Flash forward to today and I’m taking better care of my health, eating better exercising more investing in my business and growing my finances while giving the absolute best version of myself to my family and friends. Make sure to roll back to episode number 114 Creating main character energy to learn five easy different ways to become the main character of your own life.
You are unique, quirky, and perfectly you. Let’s share that with the world. The moment you step into being 100% yourself, is when you’re going to attract people that love you for you, not what you can do for them, not what you’re selling book for simply be you.
Number 11. Attend retreats, masterminds and invest in your education.
Okay, so sometimes in our businesses, we are in this hustle mode, and we can only get so far because we only know what we know. Right? So it’s time to start investing in your education. And not just from a business perspective, right? Like, yes, we want to increase our finances. We want to build better systems and workflows and tap into bigger and better strategies, right, like, all of those things are important. But I will tell you, the majority of the masterminds, retreats and events that I’ve attended this year alone, have totally up leveled my brain chemistry. Like I literally felt like Taylor Swift, where I walked in, and I said, Oh, my gosh, the old Quianna is dead and now the new Quianna is here.
I think that actually was a very common feeling within the group, right? Like, we came in as one person, and we will left as a completely new different person. And all of that comes from spiritual education, from up leveling our mindset, thinking in different ways, building community, because when you do have that sisterhood connection, things just grow and just like, multiply easily, right.
And so you know, this is your reminder, to pick a couple of high level masterminds retreat weekends, or conferences that you were dying to attend. So you can plan out your new year, when I attend big events like this, like I’m telling you, I’m literally leading with these big mindset shifts, new friends, and tons of new business ideas. So this is why it’s kind of like, it’s confusing where you’re like, okay, yes, but I need to build my business, I need to grow this.
But you’re only gonna go so far, if you as a person, like as a soul cannot actually hold the capacity for that growth, right? So we have to be in these rooms, where you are actually fired up to get back to your business with this new way of thinking, right. So I hope that doesn’t sound like too woowoo for you, I love putting in the work. And I love that kind of like combination of work and woowoo.
I just think that is something that is going to absolutely uplevel your business by actually putting the work in, but also leading with your intuition leading with your feminine energy. And actually creating these sales and marketing these things with your masculine energy. I just think it’s so beautiful.
Number 12, Celebrate more often. Next week, I have the honor of introducing you to Bianca, owner and creator of boss bash to help us celebrate our business milestones. It’s a fun reminder to all of us that we need to make time to party and honor our accomplishments. We often skip right over these goals and extend the goalposts without making the time to truly celebrate. I think it’s important to not only celebrate our business and life milestones, but also simply because it’s Tuesday and we’re having tacos for dinner.
After I deep clean and wash my car, I treat myself to an iced latte as a reward, right. So we are constantly in the state of gogogo. And what else can you achieve? I feel like one thing that I want to mention before we move on is when you allow yourself to celebrate you were literally telling the universe we actually dive into this deeper with Bianca’s episode, but you’re literally telling the universe, hey, I’m receiving this, this needs to be acknowledged. And I have open arms for receiving more opportunities, more, more just awesomeness. Like this, right? I couldn’t find the word. But it’s true.
Like you when you pause and say, Hey, I am pausing to celebrate this, it actually is going to be a magnet for more miracles and more opportunities. All right, and finally, we made it to number 13 for the 13 lessons I’ve learned for the year, and this is a doozy. Okay?
But number 13 Listen, this was the hardest lesson of the year for me personally, I’ve always been a forever learner. Podcasts are my ear daily. I love reading, investing in my business, and I love hearing other people’s stories. I’m curious. I love learning about why people do what they do, and why the world ticks and how really really wealthy people are just normal freakin people, but the choices they made helped align them with their success. So if they’re no different from me and you what the heck did they do to get to this success, right? Like I’m, I just want to know these things and then take action on them as a splenic projector. According to Human design.
This design is often conditioned, meaning I can easily be influenced by others how to run my business what society thinks is the best timeline for getting married and having kids and then internally thinking that I’m behind, even down to what my house decor should look like, or the font on my website, but deep down projectors, how the knowing, and I just learned recently that a splenic projector just means that my body reacts and makes clarifying judgments from the core of my spleen, which is why we often refer to anything that gives us a gut feeling or listen to your gut.
It’s like my brain and decision making skills, even down to the fight or flight mentality are rooted in my gut. I can attest that over the years I have followed my industry leaders soaked up their wisdom and truly built my business inspired by them, without truly pausing to listen to my gut, and follow my own instincts. So with this lesson, without giving you a total summary of my own personal human design, you’ve got to go check that out and find out what exactly your human design is.
I challenge you to make time daily, weekly, and as often as possible to tap into your intuition. And listen, maybe you believe in God, the universe, tap into your angels source, the wisdom of your ancestors, maybe you just listen to the birds and the trees, or just energetically Listen, we’re often in a rat race to get to the finish line. But the magic happens along the journey.
This is your reminder to do things your way. Do what feels right. Take action and figure it out as you go. Make time to meditate, rest and go for a walk, pull cards and ask questions. I love my morning routine with affirmation cards, journal and tap into your divine wisdom. Okay, this is your life. This is your journey. Take the time to listen.
This week I’m turning 36 On December 13th and my wish for you is to step into your power. Fight for what you love. Lean into insane possibilities and believe in yourself. I believe that you are worthy of success. You are made of greatness. And we just need more love and light like you like everything that you’re made of, to shine and to amplify. For my birthday this year. I’m asking if you could please just take two minutes to leave a review for Quianna Marie Weekly.
We need more dreamers to hear these stories, make genuine connections and follow their dreams. We need you to share a quick review so it pops up on searches and reaches a broader audience. Let’s do a power recap for 13 lessons I’ve learned this year that I’m hoping you can take Express notes on for the upcoming New Year.
Number one consistency is key. Pick something you love and do it often. Number two, just let it make love you stop creating walls for yourself and making things more difficult. simply accept love and help from the ones you love. So it doesn’t have to be like a romantic relationship. But just let others in that truly just want to help you and see you grow.
Number three, do it for the plot and mix things up. And let’s give them something to talk about. Number four Funnel Hacking couldn’t help but drop some business advice and make a new email and sign up for a handful of favorite businesses to learn their email marketing sales strategies.
Number five, embrace the messy middle. Just take some time breathe know that this is not the end. In fact, it’s actually kind of like an arrow where you have to like pull back and it feels like you’re taking steps backward just to launch you forward. Number six, prioritize friendships.
Social media is a great tool to meet new people but this is a reminder to actually plan that coffee date. Number seven becoming an auntie is the personal one for me that completely changed my identity and I’m so proud to be Brodie’s auntie.
Number eight try new restaurants. The next time you plan on just going to your local favorite, try something new. Number nine record content often you have a beautiful life and it’s worth recording. Not always sharing online for the world to see but for you to look back on and for your family to cherish. Number 10 Develop a main character energy this is the perfect time to live the life of your dreams, romanticize your life and enjoy the little things.
Eleven, Invest in your education book those flights sign up for that retreat and get yourself in rooms where people are making big moves and impacting in different ways than you. #12, Celebrate more often. Life’s a dance right? You are worthy of being celebrated.
Please plan a party and invite me so I can come. Number 13 Listen, make time to shut off the firehose of socialism idea and sit in silence.
Take a stroll through your neighborhood without your earbuds, stretch before bed and make time to journal your thoughts. You’re on a mission to chase really big dreams. But sometimes our souls mission needs to speak up.
If we’re blinded by goals and checklists and the way we want things to go, we often miss opportunities greater than we can imagine. I hope you enjoyed this personal podcast all about my 13 life lessons this year. As I crank out plans for the new year I’ll for sure be revisiting this list. Like literally I need to go back to this and listen. I’ll also be planning some epic lucky 13 events as well. During this season, I evaluated the needs of my local brands and business besties and came up with a plan to help serve them in the best way possible.
Starting in 2024. Lucky 13 will now be hosting seasonal content parties. I’ll no longer be offering mini session dates monthly, but I will be offering more epic content shoot days that will offer headshots content photos as well as behind the scenes and short film videos.
This will be a powerful half day event that will leave you with over three months of engaging content to share online. Not only will you be leaving with a handful of these reels and tick tock suppose but you’ll also be stepping out with a boost of confidence and new friends.
Make sure to join the VIP List for lucky 13 in the show notes to never miss an opportunity to sign up and join the party. I’m so grateful for you and thankful. Together we get to live this dream life of entrepreneurship. Sending you so much love from Arizona. Keep on dancing baby Kate, love you. Bye.
