Alright. All right. Welcome to the party, Christiana. It is such an honor to have you here. How are you?
Christiana: Oh, Quianna! Thank you. It’s an honor to be here.
Quianna: Yes. Well, let’s dive right into this. You are a community builder, a community leader, and you are. Really leading the industry with these opportunities to collaborate with you and most importantly learn from you, right?
Like right by your side. I just would love to know, we need to go from the beginning. We need to back up and I wanna know what started the idea for her Society solutions and what did you feel was missing, or what gap was there in the industry that pushed you to create this? That’s a great
Christiana: question. The context for that began.
10 years ago, I, I started as a virtual assistant in 2014, and over the years, as I was expanding my skillset, became an OBM, now call myself an operation strategist because I don’t only look at the day-to-day, you know, strategy and the tools you’re using, but I go holistically, how are you doing? What’s holding you back from your next level, becoming that seven, eight figure business owner?
And the I was seeing were truly the. Lack of empowerment that women feel often in the tools that they’re using in their business. I wanted to come in to create something where, yes, we have a CRM that supports you and you don’t have to just, you know, hand it off and then don’t know how it functions.
I’m there twice a week with clients and consulting hours showing them how to create a funnel page from a template that we offer, showing them how to set up a whole new calendar where someone who’s very techie or not techie can learn it because I feel that a woman should where she wants to and has the capacity to feel empowered in every single area of her business, including the techie stuff that may feel scary because it’s been so male dominated for.
It’s not just like since the beginning, but really it just is. So females are rising in tech and it’s very exciting and to see the areas that women are coming in to fill those gaps.
Quianna: Amazing. Oh my gosh. And I think you’re completely spot on there. And it’s like you said, this has been going on for a decade.
You’ve been developing this, and this is not anything new, but it’s still so relevant because we are, we are heart leaders. We are leading with our intuition. We are just so multifaceted in our passions, and especially as entrepreneurs. We’re really good at a lot of things. Yes. Like, like I will own that and share that and celebrate that.
Yes. I love that you are creating this, this tech that actually is like a handholding experience, that they can feel empowered and knowledgeable and well equipped to go do what they were meant to do. Exactly,
Christiana: exactly. It really. Supports you. I would say in, of course, the backend, but it brings things all under one umbrella where you don’t have to use 7, 8, 9 plus tools to run your business.
It can really condense things and make it easier for things to function on the backend where you can spend more time working on your business instead of in it. And that’s such a common phrase, but it’s really true.
Quianna: Amazing. Oh my gosh. So quick question. Who would be a great candidate for the, her, like all of the her society solution stuff?
Like tell me who needs this? Yeah. I haven’t
Christiana: niched down super deep yet because I am still figuring out that, but I would say in generally it is built for coaches, consultants, and community builders. There’s a community and course and like product side function. And then all of the necessary tools that you need, like funnels and calendars and content creation, like scheduling and uh, things like that.
So. Those would be the women that would really not just fit, but would thrive in using the CRM.
Quianna: Oh my gosh. I’m obsessed and I can’t wait to learn more about this. Yay. Oh my gosh. Well, one thing, you and I both know that as we continue to grow our business, we really do need to lean on community. So. Once you feel like you have your offers on lock, you are confident in what you’re selling.
You know you are the best option for your clients, right? Like there is this sense of ownership and pride knowing that you are providing these incredible experiences, making transformations, all those incredible things. But community is one thing that we are all thriving to build those deeper connections, grow, get ourselves in the room.
And that is something that you are really, really good at, is hosting these events, and not just hosting events, but creating experiences. And I would love for you to walk us through what makes your Hers society gatherings and events so different than any other typical networking event.
Christiana: I would say what makes it different is the intention in how I’m connecting women together.
I, at this, the event that I’m hosting soon, I’m doing this, but in all the events going forward, not sure what that’s gonna look like yet, if it’ll be annual, if it’ll be monthly, online, virtual. We’ll see how things develop. I do something called her alignments, where it’s a form that you fill out. And I saw similarly Creighton cultivated something like this, and I didn’t even know I didn’t go, where you fill out a form with questions and then you are matched with other women who are identical looking for similar things as you, or you’re looking for that mentorship coach type of relationship.
So it not only, it really just expedites your time. A networking event where someone like me is taking intentional time out of, because I just so value the, not going, but really making the most of it and being efficient. And because we all, we all have. No, I would say as a mom, everyone, a lot of people, people will say like, you had the same hours in the day, but as a mom we feel different about that ’cause we’re serving other little people, demanding people wanting snacks and their nose wiped.
And, but time is really precious. It’s the most valuable asset that we have. And so in creating her alignments, I wanted to step in to maximize that, bring those, those new connections to expand your network even more quickly. Intentionally
Quianna: incredible. I love that you are really taking those steps to not only facilitate these connections, but then also this is a great opportunity to understand your community.
So like go even deeper to connecting with what their needs are, what they’re there to do, and I feel like. I feel like this is beautiful because as an entrepreneur, Disney business owner, that’s always what’s going on in the back of my head. Like, what’s the point in this? Right? Like, I literally make these little mental check notes like, who, who can I connect with?
Who’s gonna be there? Who is someone that I may not even know exist yet, but is completely gonna change my life? Like, I look forward to those conversations and those like opportunities. But I feel like you stepping up as that leader and facilitating these conversations is so powerful. Thank you.
Christiana: Yeah. I don’t know where the idea, the idea just just dropped in as a part of planning The first event, I was like, oh, this is a cool idea.
Quianna: We’re gonna run with that. Oh my gosh, I love this. Well, I, I would love kind of like painting a little storyline here. So let’s say someone is ready to get in the room. They know they are craving business besties, and not just more friends, but they’re really craving those connections that see their dreams and tell them to light some fire on it and think bigger, and then not just dream big and have these really wild and crazy ideas, but also hold you accountable.
So we’re craving these connections and being in rooms like that. Oh my gosh, I’m so excited. So tell us what someone may be feeling or if they feel like they don’t belong in these rooms, what would you tell someone to say, Hey, this is a risk, like show up and I like, I got you babe. Like, what would you tell someone that that knows they need this community, but they’re a little nervous thinking they don’t belong.
Christiana: I would of course. Putting yourself out there. Buying the ticket, first of all, is already a step that needs to be acknowledged because it’s not easy to go into, you know, new communities, new rooms, conferences, events, first, tap yourself on the back, you got your ticket, and then as, as you’re, as you’re, as you’re getting there, if you feel like you don’t belong there, like that’s that inner critic doubting you and trying like, because it is uncomfortable.
Your greatest potential for growth always lies outside of our own discomfort. It always is. The more that you lean into those fears and that discomfort is where the magic happens, it’s where you find connections you didn’t know that you needed. You find new opportunities, speaking on stages, speaking on podcasts, speaking to someone’s community, new clients, like there.
There is just so much untapped potential when. You just put yourself in the rooms that you quote unquote, may not feel worthy of or feel that you don’t belong in yet. But you do. You really do belong. If you have a business and you are working with people want to build a community, you belong in the room before you’re in a critic.
Think that you do.
Quianna: Yes. Oh my gosh, I could not agree more. And sometimes just taking that step. Is the first step to be celebrated and give yourself those little tiny rewards. Uh, maybe that’s, you know, go buy a new outfit for this event, or, you know, it’s time to get your nails done. Or just treat yourself for taking that first step.
And the best part is you and I both know this, and we’re familiar with this. I don’t wanna say everybody, but the majority of people feel that way in the room too. So you are literally stepping into this space where you feel like you’re singled out, you feel like you’re too small, or just all that self doubt.
Like you said, that inner critic comes out and it is so, so beautiful to know and to give yourself that much grace that other people, they’re probably feeling this way too. Even the speakers, even the host. Yes. Like everybody is having this, like, what am I doing here? That inner
Christiana: dialogue. Yeah. Do you listen to Powerhouse Women’s podcast?
Of course, I love Lindsay. Yes. Lindsay shared on one with Jen Gottlieb about speaking on stages and how to get booked as a speaker. And Lindsay shared something so powerful about how she treats herself like 48 hours immediately after speaking on a stage. She doesn’t listen to all of those critics, those doubts, those inner toiling about what she said or didn’t say, or how she looked or felt.
All of those things because it’s just that critic like processing how uncomfortable it was. I mean, you and I both know how Lindsay shows up on stages on podcasts is so impactful. So women that we look up to on stages, like they are just as human as we are feeling and thinking very similar things that we do, and we’re stepping into those rooms and places.
Quianna: Oh my gosh, I love that. And I’m so happy you shared that. Um, because that weekend is a very powerful weekend. It’s,
Christiana: it’s
Quianna: coming up soon for your event. Oh my gosh. I can’t wait to chat more about that. But before we get there, I do wanna talk about some strategy for when you are in the room. So what advice do you have for someone that has gotten the gumption?
Maybe they’ve gotten a new outfit or they’re feeling sparkly. And sometimes for me, that’s just a new set of earrings that I love. Yes. And it’s just getting in the room. What are some strategy pieces that you lean to and that you love to educate and help inspire others to actually build friendships and genuine connections.
I mean, like I said, I’m not, we’re not going in there just to take as many selfies with strangers as possible. Mm-hmm. Like how do you kind of pick out and strategize the room to make the most of your time?
Christiana: This last year, uh, half of the year, you know, June, uh, January, February through July, I have learned how to ask the right questions when you’re networking, going in new places, to not just be asking, you know, what is it you do, where are you from?
Those very surface level things. But asking a question and, and there’s even one now I’m using less, like, what are you working on right now? ’cause someone may be in a pivot or they’re like in a really rough spot. I like asking things such as, what is lighting you up lately? Whether it’s personal or business, what are you excited about?
Do you see like your business in a year or two? Or what are you looking for in business right now? Are you looking for a connection? Looking for a mentor or a program? Are you needing something practical? To build out different areas of your business. Are you looking for a va? Because I have, I have so many different network like, uh, connections and networks in that way too.
It has truly been, in conversations like this, I’ve spent quite a bit of time this, this first half the year in one-to-one connection, whether that’s digital, you know, virtual or in person. And that only compounds it only it takes more time and it’s a long game. But it is so worth it to continually be doing that because I fully believe now the best business growth is through community and referral.
Like when you’re building those relationships, little by little they become not just your raving fans, but like your colleagues and wanting to see you like succeed, and support everything that you’re doing.
Quianna: I love that and I’m so happy that you gave us some really tangible examples of that. Yeah. Because sometimes it’s like that little like, hi, how you doing?
Right, right. And I typically have an approach similar, but I, I actually love to share about my business in a way that just makes it super relatable. So like, so for example, if, if you know, someone comes up and we start chatting. I love like situational conversations, right? Mm. Like, oh my gosh, like, did you notice the parking situation?
Or you know, and literally on the surface stuff, talking about outfits, like how many outfits did you try on before you got here? Yeah, because I tried on like seven, right? Yeah. Whatever. Just making those like connections. And then my like superpower. I’m gonna eat a slice of humble pie as I say this, but my favorite conversation, like as an end cap, is when somebody asks, oh, I didn’t catch your name.
What is it that you do? Like literally that’s almost like an afterthought. Like we’ve already made that connection. We’ve already like established that we know where the restroom is, we know where the best snacks are, we know which mocktail to try next. Like we already like have this like instant B, F, F forever, you know, connection.
But then they look at me and they say, wait, what was your name again? I did Wait, how do we connect? Yes. Right. And I think sometimes we wanna lead. This is who we are and this is how I can help you and I, you know, and so just kind of like stretching that out so that they ask. Yes. I think that is just so important.
And, and one thing too that I really picked up that what you were sharing too is I kind of made this little acronym or this phrase where it’s like, relate and celebrate. Mm. So start with relating with these new. Potential friends, like you know, every stranger is a future friend kind of vibe, relate to them and then celebrate them.
Because I feel like, especially as business owners and entrepreneurs, we are wired to help people Like that is literally our business, is to serve others. And when we are put in a situation where someone is looking for a mentor. They need a VA or they need an accountant help, whatever it may be. We love when we have an answer for them or a connection and that that builds instant bonding connections too.
So, so
Christiana: true.
Quianna: I love to relate and celebrate. I love that. That needs to be a thing. I need to a post about that.
Christiana: You do. You do.
Quianna: Oh my gosh, I love this. Well, I would love to take the conversation to continue all about community, and I love that we’ve established how important it’s to be in the room and we are building some confidence to spark some conversations and, and honestly, like you talk about being a busy mom and a busy entrepreneur making the most of our time, like that’s, that’s important.
I would say in addition to showing up and getting the room to be in these communities, you’re also an incredible leader with helping others make their own communities, like actually start their own. So can we kind of turn the conversation to some knowledge, some education, some inspiration to starting your own community?
What does that look like? Christiana?
Christiana: Yeah. Starting your own community. I feel that it in initially when you hear that. It can feel quite overwhelming of what steps do I take next? Like, what, what, what tools do I need? What strategy do I need? Really, the answers are all already inside of you, and they just may need a little finessing.
Like for example, if I were gonna be creating a community on moms who are working, wanna leave their nine to five and be home with their kids more, I wouldn’t be starting with, I’m a mom of two and I wanna make this community. I would start sharing content about that relatability factor. This morning when I woke up, my, my 2-year-old was in my bed and I still had to respond to seven emails for clients.
And like talking about the actual experience is where you are gonna find that common ground of community and where people not only are. Relating themselves to you, but they’re inspired by you because you’re taking the action and you are putting it all out on display, on social media, and building that following, not just for the numbers for for the scalability, but to bring.
A common community and where women and you know, men or women, depending on what your community is to find each other and to find that peer connection. And gosh, there’s just so much that can be found within community. I was on a podcast recently talking about this, where it can quite literally be someone saving grace when they find the right place to plug in, whether it’s professional or personal reasons that they may join a community.
And of course you need tools. Where are you gonna host it? How often are there, are there gonna be live calls? There gonna be recordings. That’s all secondary. It is, I think the biggest driver is not just the why, but what is the benefit for someone joining? What are they going to be getting out of it? Not just what you can provide and.
Looking at it from how much, like what is going to make someone stay and not make them stay, but not even think about the cost. Oh my gosh, this was worth it. I’m gonna stay here for years and forever until I die. Type of type of community feel.
Quianna: I love that so much. Well, I would love to break down some fun ideas.
’cause I think sometimes, and this may just be my own like algorithm in my head or like just like what I see all the time on my feed is building community, monetizing your community. I feel like it’s just the way I’m wired where yes, I’m always putting people first. That is first and foremost, always most important to me.
And business wise, there’s always this aspect of, okay, but like what’s the point? Or how am I serving people? Right? What’s the price point, like you said the tech stuff are, is this something that we meet up once a month? Is this something that I check in every morning? Like what is the time commitment here?
Mm-hmm. But I would love to kind of just bounce some ideas with you with ways to create community, whether in business or in our personal life. I just wanna unwrap just a couple little ideas to kind of get us thinking and churning that building a community does not always have to be completely intertwined and like wrapped up into your business.
Christiana: I found A-A-C-E-O moms group that meets in person, uh, in north Texas, like North Dallas area through Facebook. I was go like using the search bar for. Female entrepreneurs, mom, entrepreneurs, like all those like search terms and came across them and they had just started, I had found them last June, and they had just started in April.
So. The, I mean, there’s also some other ones that I found like the, have you heard of the Mom Walk Collective? Where there are little chapters all over the US for young, not necessarily young moms, but moms of any age with any age children to walk together. And usually there is different meetups every week in your city.
And so often we, I mean, it just takes an initiation on your, on yourself of doing, you know, it kind of feels hard to like put yourself out there. I mean, we have so much available at our fingertips with the internet now. I mean, that feel that that is. The gateway to finding things now because versus, you know, in a newspaper or you’re hearing on the radio, uh, you’re usually going to Google now to find local community meetups and things like that.
I know Facebook is a great way to find so many different events, or Eventbrite finding different events that are local and there’s so many that like can be super niched down and that’s how I found. Dallas Girl Gang, which is a really big community by Amanda Smith.
Quianna: Yeah, I’ve never heard of that through Eventbrite.
Christiana: So she has a, an annual conference and then she also has monthly get togethers for entrepreneurs or nine to five, doesn’t matter, to just have that common ground of community and women that get you.
Quianna: Amazing. Oh my gosh, I love this. And, and I love that because. It’s literally just helping you get outside, meet people.
I mean, I get outside your house, get outside, like go enjoy the sunshine. Like, I, I love that. And, and I love, you know, I mean anything from a pickleball meetup group, right? Um, anything that’s like sports related outside. Um, I just recently got to go paddle boarding down the Salt River here in Arizona. Wow.
That’s so fun. And yes, and you know, those are the fun things where. I feel like organically business conversations will come up because us girly just can’t not ever turn it off. Yeah. But just being outside and, um, and even one of my besties, Layli Amma, she just started hosting a fun little, uh, like walking club where Right.
I don’t even, I don’t even think it has like entrepreneurs who walk. I don’t know. It’s a cute little name. Love it. And it’s just a fun little daily check-in. Not everybody is posting pictures, but it is a reminder. It’s just building that once again, that relatability and those moments to celebrate each other Yes.
Goes so far. Exactly, exactly.
Christiana: It truly is. Just get outside.
Quianna: That’s like step one. Yes. Oh my gosh. Well, I would love to continue the conversation and chatting all about your upcoming event that we’ll be hosting here in Phoenix. You’re coming to Arizona. Welcome, welcome, coming to Arizona. So please tell us all about this event and just all the fun stuff we get to look forward to.
Christiana: Built for her is happening on Friday, August 15th, between 12 to three at Refine 1.0, and this event came through real firstly, a vision that I had in February about how we had not only made a huge business pivot in our, our business model, but the real essence behind it was that it was done through the power and support of community.
I was in six figure school Lindsay’s group container for a community last fall, my first time and looking forward to going to again. And through that container I was able to really be vulnerable and the calls were so in depth and so genuine and it was so much more than just. A 12 week course on how to create six figures in your business.
It was the real raw moments for so many of these women and the behind the scenes aspects of what it takes to build. And when it wasn’t feeling aligned, our business model, we realized, okay, like how, how, where do we go from here? Processing that with the community was important and not just important, but it was.
It, it was priceless to be able to have that and so this was created, be able to give. Community to women that need to plug in. And community is the strategy. It is the key for growth and longevity, and so many, not so many, but all of the panelists that will be on our community building panel will attest to that, that they had tried different forms of building and when they realized that the sauce was in community.
It changed everything, and I can only attest to that myself in this last year, a half year of the intention building a community is compounding like crazy now. So really thankful for that. And so that is the vision and ethos and we’re gonna have like fun content creation of course. Wonderful lunch. Panel and community building and something called her alignments where you know I will be creating that intentional networking to expand your network on your behalf.
Quianna: Amazing. Oh my gosh, it sounds so fun. And I love that it’s basically a pre-game to the powerhouse of an event. It’s a great way to plug in. So if you are traveling, because Lindsay literally pools people as attendees and special guests and speakers globally. So if you are coming around the world. And you just wanted to kind of, like you said, plug in, literally walk into powerhouse women already having friends, like already having real life connections that you can sit with, you can chat with, you can do all the fun things with at the event.
I love that you are really starting this as like a fun starting point for the weekend. Yeah. I’m so
Christiana: excited to kick it off. It’ll be, it’ll be so good. I’m really excited.
Quianna: And you have some fun things going on too when it comes to panelists and speakers, so what’s some fun things that we can look forward to with that as well?
Christiana: Yeah. The speakers will be sharing, of course, on community, but they come from all types of. Types of community of and what they’ve built. One started with a yoga studio when she was 20 or 21, had had that for 10 years and now is a real estate agent and an author and a speaker and has another type of community circle that she’s running.
Another one has a whole conference on the east coast and has built a coaching business through. Women who thrive in creating community there. And then I have someone actually locally, Steph Smith from Phoenix Area, who has hosted hundreds of events and has a really intentional community as well. So you’ll be able to hear not only their journeys, but how to get started today in creating your own from women who’ve done it for.
Collectively decades.
Quianna: Amazing. Oh my gosh. I cannot wait to be in the room. I’m so, so honored to help document it, capture it, and really just like bottle up the energy in the room. Yes, yes. Oh my gosh. Well, one key tip that I would love to ask you if you have one, that’s one thing that I always ask every single guest.
What is your key tip? Christiana? What is something that you wish entrepreneurs knew sooner or something that you wish you knew sooner?
Christiana: I wish I would’ve known sooner to actually just listen to my intuition, silence the inner critic, and that intuition was to build something that I was too scared to, to take the leap of faith to just start.
So just that? Yeah, that simply because fear and. Doubt and what others might think of me stood in my way for way too long. So don’t let it happen for you too.
Quianna: Yes. No way. Take action. No way. Listen to that intuition. We have it. It’s powerful. Move forward with it. Take action. Oh my gosh, I love it. And please tell me how can we buy a ticket?
How can we stay connected with you? And, and just really just feel inspired to follow along with your journey. Learn more about. Per society solutions, all the things. How can we connect? Yeah.
Christiana: Well I have a free resource for everyone listening called The Calm Method. And it is taking a bird’s eye view at your customer journey, your client experience to see what areas need some support refining, or what areas you can be automating to get out of doing so much manually.
So I have that for you to download. As far as the event, you can find that at events dot her society solutions.com. Please use the code built 10 to get 10% off because I would love to give that to you and your listeners. My Instagram is at the official Christiana and Facebook is Christiana Garza and LinkedIn I think is Christiana Garza.
So I’ll share those with you as well in the show notes.
Quianna: Amazing. Oh my gosh. Well, before we wrap up, if you’re down for this, I’d love to do a couple like hot seat fire questions. Sure. Yes. Literally these are just like yes or no, or this or that question. Okay, fine. I think they’re so fun. Yay. Oh my gosh. So let’s, let’s begin.
Are you a morning person or night owl? Night owl. I love it. Um, are you more the vibe of blazers and heels or cozy sweats and sneakers?
Christiana: Mm. Heels at events and sneakers and sweaters at home. Troll mode at home. Yes.
Quianna: I love this. Oh my gosh. Okay. Are you into brunch with business besties and like coworking, or do you need some solo cafe vibes to get things done?
Solo cafe vibes actually. Yes, yes. I’m the same way. I, I love brainstorming with friends and then in order to be productive, I have to put my head down and work. Yes, same. Yes, yes, yes. Okay. Um, are you a fan of panel speaking or podcast guesting? Oh my goodness.
Christiana: This, I really like the one-to-one. I think I would have to say this one.
Yeah. Okay. I’ve done a couple panels. I, I like this one more. You can’t upend me. This is more genuine. Yeah. No, I like podcast guessing better.
Quianna: Yes. Yes. I love both. I agree. Oh my gosh. Okay. What is your favorite coffee order?
Christiana: Ooh, I, I just like a, I mean. I like, what is it called? Flat white. A hot flat white. I, I like pretty straight coffee with some heavy cream or whole milk.
Mm-hmm. I don’t like sweetener anymore, so yeah, flat white is usually my go-to.
Quianna: I love it. Oh my gosh. And then back to outfits. ’cause I’m so curious. Do you love to prep your outfits in advance or are you more of like a fly by the city, your pants, grab something out of the closet and run.
Christiana: I, I like to prep, but it always ends up being frazzled.
I feel like I’m like returning out, sending outfits back and hoping I can get the pants in this size and the blazer back in this one, and, oh, shoot, the shoe doesn’t fit right on this. So I usually prep, but then it always feels a little. At the end.
Quianna: I love it. No, that’s me too. I’m like, oh wait, I have all these ideas.
I have a good vision. But wait, what’s in the closet right now and what needs to be ironed? Like, let’s go. Oh my
Christiana: gosh. Ironing is my nemesis, my nemesis.
Quianna: Me too. Okay. Do you prefer Instagram or TikTok for connecting with new friends in your community? Hmm.
Christiana: Instagram, TikTok? I would like to get into TikTok a lot more.
I just haven’t figured out and I, I feel like I. Have this pressure I put on myself to be on there a lot and I, I need to figure out my strategy with TikTok, but Instagram for now
Quianna: Yep, I have it. I’m the same way. Instagram is like my, my home. That’s like where I chill.
Christiana: Yes.
Quianna: Okay. And last question babe. Um, would you prefer to host a 500 plus person event or a more intimate gathering like mastermind group about like a dozen people or less?
Christiana: Uh, mastermind. Mastermind I, I mean this, this event is looking to be about 60 to 80 depending on the ticket sales and already I’m like, this is a lot. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I think a mastermind, I like the intentional. Pieces that that would create. Yeah. Yeah.
Quianna: I love that. And I agree. I feel like there’s, there’s a time and a place for both.
Yes. I, I typically thrive in the smaller, intimate groups where I can actually speak up. Right. And or, you know, and, um, and really just actually help and kinda get in those like, think tank containers. I love that. Yes. Agreed. Amazing. Well, thank you. That was so fun. This is something that I’ve been wanting to implement in so long and I’m like, I’m gonna try it with you, Christiana!
Christiana: Perfect. Yes. I love rapid fire questions!
Quianna: Yes, they’re so fun. Well, I appreciate you today and I cannot wait to see you soon. And I just wanna share too, this is the power of community. This is the power of showing up online, and I cannot wait to take this Instagram connection and turn them into real life.
Real human to human friendships. So thank you. Thank you, Quianna! It was been, it’s been so fun. Thanks for having
Christiana: me on today.
Quianna: Yes, thank you. Have a beautiful day. Wow. Wasn’t that such a soul fueling conversation. I love when we can just chat, get to know each other, and then. Really help inspire each other by getting in the room and building community.

This my love. This is your sign to get in the room. Opportunities, friendships, and aligned business growth are all waiting for you, but they can’t find you if you’re hiding. And I mean like hiding behind your phone, sitting on your couch, juggling all of life, right? Like, I’m not discrediting that. But girl, we have to get you outside like we just talked about earlier, right?
