Quianna: I see you, babe. You’ve been putting in the work, showing up, sharing your best self, and doing hard things. Today I have the honor of introducing you to the energy queen, Jessica Anne. She spills the secrets, action lists and mindset shifts to help us become more aware of our energy, how our nervous system holds onto trauma and ways to shift our energy, rattle it out, move it around to receive more abundance and wealth.
She breaks down what exactly somatic means, how we can rewire our nervous system, how to heal through fight or flight mode to more peace and safety, how our energy is linked to success, and even how we can not only discover our unique gifts, but how to add more passion to our business for growth and expansion.

Hey, Hey, Hey, welcome to the podcast, Jessica. It is such an honor to have you. I can. Feel your energy. And this is going to be such an educational conversation. Welcome. How are you?
Jessica Ann: Good. Thank you for having me. I’m so excited. We were talking earlier, actually, even before this, I just love all things energy.
So I’m really excited about this conversation. Thank you for having me on.
Quianna: Yes. Well, let’s get started. I love that saying that your energy introduces yourself before you even. speak, right? People can already pass judgment on you when you walk into the room based on your energy. And I’d love to unpack that a little bit.
And what exactly does that mean to you?
Jessica Ann: Yeah. So energy speaks before you do your body talks before you do, because we are all energetic beings. So everything on earth is composed of energy. We are like a battery. So when we walk in a room, you can instantly feel, you instantly feel the energy of the room.
So you already get a vibe of what’s going on in the room before you even talk to somebody. It’s all because we are picking up on each other’s energetic frequency. It’s like telepathically talking, sensing. We are all intuitive beings too. So our body just, It automatically knows before our thoughts know before our mind knows, and that’s what bases our thoughts on the energy that we’re feeling.
That creates our thoughts, which then create our actions, which then create the outcome. So, very, very in tune. Yeah, I could go into like a whole science, but I’m not going to. But essentially, we’re all energetic beings, and we pick up on shit all the time.
Quianna: Yes, I love that. And I, I totally agree that we vibe with some people, and we may vibe, we may not really vibe with somebody.
So, what exactly does that mean energetically? Because sometimes, you can meet someone that seems like a very nice person, and they’re not. Right. They may look a certain way and think, yeah, I think they have the potential to be my friend, but then there’s something about it that just may not feel off. Or on the contrary, you may meet someone for five seconds and just feel this connection.
Like you just want to spend time with them. You want to learn more from them. What, what is that about? And how can we elevate that energy? I’m just so curious why we vibe with some and not others.
Jessica Ann: When you meet somebody, if they’re at the same frequency of you, you’re gonna connect. You’re gonna have that connection piece.
Now, if you meet somebody and let’s say, three days later you meet them again, but let’s say they’re having just, I don’t know, maybe shit came up, a wound came up, or they’re going through something, you’re up here and they’re down here, then you’re not matching to connect fully. You guys aren’t co regulated together on the same frequency.
So that’s why sometimes you can meet someone and it’s like, holy, holy balls, like we are epic, like this is awesome. But then, later on down the road, depending on how they’re holding their frequency, and how they’re working through their things, and how you’re working through your things, it can be a dismatch, and it can be a disconnection.
So, does that make sense when I label it that way? It’s all about like an energetic match, essentially, for that time of connection.
Quianna: Yes, I love that. Well, I want to dig a little bit deeper into this, because this actually propped up a new question, where, are energy fluctuates? Because it sounds right. So it sounds like it’s not really this blueprint or like this fingerprint of who we are.
It can grow and expand and rise and fall. So what does that mean? Because I, I agree. Like I’ve met people at certain events or in certain situations and think, Whoa, they’re my person. Like, let’s go. go. And then other times I’ve come across them and thought, Ooh, this energy isn’t quite how I remember. So what does that mean?
Like, how does our energy fluctuate?
Jessica Ann: Yeah, I think it just has to do with your evolution journey and how you’re healing and your awareness. So your awareness is key to everything. Your awareness around your energy is. It’s just the key to everything. So if I’m having a shitty day and I have the awareness of like, Oh, I’m not having a pleasant day, I’m actually going to be vocal and let people know, Hey, like I’m having an off day.
Like let’s meet another time or just be patient with me or just allow some space in between. A lot of people don’t have that awareness. So, they’re walking around wondering, confusion, right? You’re walking around kinda, you’re confused on why they’re not acting how they were acting and then they’re confused because they don’t know how to communicate, they’re having an off day.
I always say communication is like the key. Alongside with awareness, but there’s so many factors, but our, our as women, I’m going to go into cycle thinking a little bit because as women, our hormones change constantly. We literally are four different people in a month based on our cycles. So our energy does fluctuate, but I always say it’s how you shift the energy too.
So awareness is the key. Like if you have a wound that’s coming up, let’s just say like a sister wound, because honestly it’s a big thing, especially in women entrepreneur world. But I had a huge sister wound until I got there and we were all elevated at the same frequency and so I was able to heal that a lot deeper.
It all depends on what emotional wise is going on too. So emotions are just energy stuck in motion and it gets stored in our nervous system. That’s where somatic and energy healing come into play. And that’s why people need to have that awareness usually for feeling stuck or for there’s a heavy emotion even that we’re trying to work through.
We have to nurture it. We have to provide it with self care. We have to inner child heal ourselves. We have to reparent ourselves. We have to be patient with ourselves because you’re shifting your frequency to love and nurturing instead of, Oh God, I hate this emotion. Why is this here? That’s obviously going to put off bad vibes out into the universe.
Everything responds to your frequency, everything. Sometimes it’s a lesson too. So I want to offer that too. Sometimes we think it’s. Sometimes we think it’s us, but it’s really not us. It’s a, it’s an opportunity for us to have energetic boundaries of like, actually, that’s not me. That’s that person. And I’m going to let them be.
So that’s really important
Quianna: as
Jessica Ann: well.
Quianna: And this is the beauty of energy, right? Like you would literally open up and I hate even this visual cause I’m such a visual person, but like, it really is like Pandora’s box, like a whole can of worms and just start kind of unveiling all this information. It can feel overwhelming, which leads me to my next question.
And then I have so many more questions off of this, but I love kind of like taking notes of the little glossary words that get brought up so we can find definitions for them. And what exactly does somatic mean, Jessica? Like, let’s start there.
Jessica Ann: Yeah. Somatic just means body. It means coming back home to the body.
That’s all somatic means somatic work is body based work having the awareness around your body because we are I mean Generational taught society taught to be so disconnected. So it really just means connecting back to the body and the body’s wisdom
Quianna: Yes, I love that Well, let’s start there because I feel like just the things you mentioned before where like we have the power to shift our energy We have the power to have awareness And I love that concept because especially with society and pushing us with, especially in this business world, right, where we are just bombarded by so many ideas, so many different ways to coach, so many different ways to, you know, solidify and sell an offer.
It can be so overwhelming. And when we can come back to our body, come back to our roots and truly listen to that intuition. I find that’s when abundance really happens, right? Like that’s when opportunities really unlock because we’re not, we’re not faking a certain type of energy, right? We’re not faking some type of presence that we or outlook or just any type of feeling that we want others to experience with us.
But being true to our core energy is just. It’s just so interesting. Oh my gosh. I love this so much.
Jessica Ann: So everybody has trauma. Like I don’t like to put like a red flag on trauma because everybody has trauma. A form of self limiting beliefs is a form of trauma. So you having fear around doing the XYZ in your business is actually a form of trauma because it’s been instilled in you.
So it’s an energetic. So what happens with energy? How it gets stored in the system, it gets stored in a stuck energy, in a fight or flight response. Usually it’s how trauma gets stored. And that’s why the nervous system is the super high way of how you live your life. And the energy. Because energy comes first, body comes second, then mind usually comes third.
Our body, our mind responds actually to how, what is processed in our body. And that’s more subconscious realm, that’s very, very deep, like neuroplasticity things. And rewiring the nervous system. But that’s the difference between somatic work. So somatic work is that body based healing modality. Energy work is a holistic healing modality that actually focuses on balancing and aligning your body’s energy to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
So everything, like I said, is energy. And we get that from God, universe, source, the tree outside. I don’t care what your. spiritual religious belief is as long as there’s something we came from a greater source of energy. So we have to combine mindset, energy work and body work to have whole being healing.
Quianna: And I would love to talk more about how exactly does our body store this trauma? And when you say that, what does that mean? Like, I know we have those, like those visuals, like you, you know, you store your stress in a backpack, like just take your backpack off, right? Like they’re, you know, we’re bringing in like different modalities or like different personifications of, holding onto this trauma or this stress.
So how exactly does this pain or trauma or even subconscious traumas, right? Things that we’re not really truly aware of. How does it get stored in the nervous system? I’m so curious about that.
Jessica Ann: So the way that I understand it and just through my healing journey is that we like, for instance, I’m going to use my first grade experience when I sang.
Celine Dion. Oh, I forgot what it’s called, but my life will go on. Is that what it’s called? Yes. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. I sang that in the first grade. And I was totally fine until I got on stage and then I just froze. And it was like autopilot of just me going through what we had practiced, but completely froze.
Well, that got stored in your nervous system because when you’re in fear, when you’re in fight or flight, when you are in go, go, go mode, really fear driven, that gets locked in your nervous system as a memory. It gets stored as a memory in your nervous system. So that was relating to public speaking, even for me a couple of years ago, my body would go back to that.
memory of the first grade until I did a deeper hypnosis session to unlock that memory actually. Then it came to the surface and then I was like, Oh my gosh, that’s why my body is responding this way because I have that memory of that instance in first grade. So that’s how it gets stored and that’s how it keeps us stuck.
That’s why I say awareness is key and deeper inner healing. Hypnosis is just a deeper meditation to access the subconscious. It’s not like the movie. you know, where we’re hypnotizing, making you do, that’s not hypnosis. This is just a deeper meditation to access the subconscious. And you can do that through regular, you can do that so many different ways, but essentially that’s how it gets stored in our system.
And so we have to heal that. We have to unlock that and we have to be able to expand that and, and to receive and hold more energy. And that’s really important actually, as you’re scaling your business or as you. are becoming a mom even or in life, in your relationships. Like it’s. It’s so important to heal and to tune back in and to know what’s going on.
I’m a firm believer education is key too. If people knew how their nervous system worked and they knew how somatic and energy healing worked with the nervous system and the mind, profound healing can happen of just the educational aspect of, you know, what the heck is going on in your body.
Quianna: Yes, yes. Oh my gosh.
Well, and I love this link too, that you are linking your nervous system and just your thoughts and your mindset. Right? This is why this is a perfect conversation for this series. And I just would love to know how our nervous system is linked to success. Like how, how are those actually connected? I’m so curious.
Jessica Ann: Yeah. So if your nervous system is knotted, tight, stress, pressure, fight or flight. 80 percent of the time, which honestly most of society is, unless you’re in this other 2%, like we are. I still have stress, you guys. Like, don’t get me wrong. I still got stress. But if your nervous system is in fight or flight mode all the time, or you’re in freeze mode, I call it dorsal vagal, polyvagal theory, dorsal vagal is on, I call it planet Z.
Completely disconnected, zoned out, autopilot. You get home, you just want to lay on the couch and like binge TV, that’s autopilot. Like, that, that’s dorsal vagal. Like, you are completely disconnected from your body. What happens is your body can’t heal. Your body does not heal in fight or flight mode, does not heal in dorsal vagal mode.
Your body only heals when it’s in a grounded, neutral, peaceful, parasympathetic, calm state in your nervous system. You can’t expand either. You can ex I take that back. You can manifest some pretty epic shit when you are in fight or flight, but what state or flight or fight or flight are you in? Are you in an inspirational state?
Are you in a scarcity state? Yeah, so depending on being able to manifest and scale or have epic relationships, even like what part of the nervous system? So, where are you at most of your day, and when you tap into that hypervigilant, is it a good hypervigilant, or is it a scarcity hypervigilant? Like, that’s the key right there.
Because if you’re in scarcity in manifesting, it’s not going to be sustainable. You’re not going to keep it. It’s going to crash and burn at some point. And then you’re going to be like, well, why can’t I have these 20k consistent months, or whatever the hell that is even. It’s because you are doing it out of scarcity.
You have to shift your energy. You have to shift your nervous system, who you are being behind the business, behind the mom, behind whatever you are doing in life is key. So the more that you can regulate your nervous system and being open to receive, that’s a whole nother topic too, but open to receive, you have to be in a parasympathetic, calm state and willing to accept love and nurturing as women.
We haven’t really been taught that of how to be, how to receive, honestly, we’re not. So that’s another key point too, You gotta be willing to receive, and that’s hard.
Quianna: And would you say, cause I, cause I feel the energy just speaking about that, like I, I feel the polarization between this like fight or flight, scarcity, fear, whoo, like just like this actual feeling of uncomfort and, right, like you just feel this, I feel like this energy.
You feel constricted. Yeah. I feel constricted. Yeah. It’s chaotic versus a little bit more of the soft, the peace, the control, like a controlled, right? Like, so not controlling, but more of a controlled environment where we are able to receive, you know, and you’ve mentioned this before already today talking about the shift, right?
Like we have the power to make that shift. So what tools or maybe exercises would you like to share that we can do today to kind of kind of bridge the gap between Those two different like fight or flight modes or a little bit more of like abundance and peace and just having a regulated nervous system Like hot like now that we kind of have a better understanding of how we store that trauma Like how do we make that shift like once we’re aware of it?
What’s next? Yes
Jessica Ann: So awareness is key, like you just said. So I have all of my clients and it seems obnoxious, but every two hours, I want you to set a timer on your phone that says, check in with my body every two hours. Cause you got to re we got to rewire. We have to reprogram the nervous system to get out of fight or flight.
And that really is your awareness and also your energy throughout the day. So it’s like every two hours, how are you feeling in your body? How is your energy? What state are you at in your nervous system? That’s key too, of like, am I in fight or flight? Am I in dorsal vagal? And then having some tools to get back down to a grounded state, so whether that’s going outside, shaking, energy too.
I always say, if you’re in anxious mode, like scarcity, fight or flight, or just Even dorsal vagal, tapped out. You need to move your body. You need to shake the hell out of your body. Move it around, move the energy around. Go outside, read a book, uh, take a bath. I’m trying to do quick things, cause as a mom, I’m like, I need something quick.
And most of the time, that’s me shaking my body, or jumping up and down, to just reset my vagus nerve, and to reset my nervous system. And everyone’s different too. I actually turn to spirituality a lot, uh, to regulate my nervous system too. So that’s a whole nother bucket. But spirituality is energy to me.
That is my spiritual connection. It’s ultimate source to God, universe, whatever that is to you, the ultimate source of energy. So I love to turn to my spiritual tools as well, whether that’s my oracle decks, my pendulum, my dowsing rods even. So there’s different tools that you can bring in. To help regulate your nervous system, and that’s the key to is whole being healing.
You can’t heal trauma Until you’re in a safe environment until you’re in a parasympathetic state And also incorporating all the tools from spirit, from body, from mind. We have to pair all three together or you’re not going to get sustainable healing.
Quianna: Oh my gosh. I love this so much. And I love that. That is something that we can do right now.
Right? We literally can shake it out. We can have a little dance party and I love tying in just plant life, nature, animals, all the things. And that even reminds me, my nephew and I, we were just watching all of this, like. Animal Planet stuff, right? It’s my favorite! Yes! Oh my gosh, especially boys. They just love all this stuff on on That’s what we watch, right?
One of the scenes was this, you know, this animal being chased by this jaguar looking panther thing, whatever. I don’t know, I probably should brush up on my on my animal glossary. But you know, this, this animal is being chased by this leopard and then literally like the, I don’t know what it was like an antelope or something like just started like shaking its body like it kind of like, like wiggled itself out.
And like, it was just so funny because mom and I were watching. We’re like, Oh my gosh, like that’s what we talk about is like moving that energy out of the body because when you’re in that flight mode, like literally you’re in a life or death situation. And it may feel that way it may for us today maybe writing that email or going live on Instagram or you know starting a new coaching program or whatever it is that next thing or offering a new like in person service that maybe hasn’t been done before.
That’s our real life like being chased by a bear or being chased by a leopard, right? Just like we see this in nature and in the wild, these creatures that are being chased have to physically shake it off. Like they look like they’re having a little spasm attack and then whoop, it kind of like resets the body, resets the mind, and then they could just go on their daily life.
And it was just a totally big aha moment for us. And of course, my nephew, who’s not even two yet, he’s just enjoying the chase and his eyes are locked on the animals, right? But we can learn from that. Like that is just so insane.
Jessica Ann: Yeah. And that’s exactly how trauma gets stored is because as humans, we sometimes we’re able to process it mentally and just let it go, but sometimes we’re not.
So subconsciously, this is how energy works too, is you are going to look at your external reality. It’s going to be based on the energy that you have been being in where your subconscious is running the show. 95 percent of our thoughts, you guys are subconscious. There’s only 5 10 percent of your conscious mind running the show, so your stored belief system is running the show 90 95 percent of the time.
This is why I say with energy work, awareness is key because, for example, this is how, this is just how it works you guys. I knew, okay, I knew I was leaking energy. I talk about this a lot. I knew certain spots where I was leaking my energy. And what I mean by that is that I wasn’t receiving what I was putting out.
Or it didn’t feel good with wherever that was. It was just leaky energy. My car started leaking. My propane tank started leaking in my, in my house. I had two leaks. My toilet started leaking all within the same week and I was like, okay, I hear you universe. I hear you I need to clean my energy up. Okay, I got it So patterns, especially with mindset work, you can do all the mindset work all day long But if you’re not attuning your energy to the mindset work that you’re doing and shifting the patterns that you are Increasing your awareness around it’s gonna keep playing out That energy pattern is going to keep playing out until you shift your energy around the mindset work that you’re doing.
If that makes sense. Yes.
Quianna: Oh, 1000%. And that’s where you mentioned the awareness where you’re like, hold on a second, you know, and really all of this, this is the part that I’m so excited to share with this series with this mindset series is building in that awareness. Right, because we could have all of the strategies, we can know what to do next.
We can hire the best mentors, but if our body is not self-regulated, if we’re not taking the time, and I love that tip. Thank you for sharing that about having that little reminder. I’m gonna start doing that this week and just having a little, I’ve had reminders on my phone to drink more water to get up and stretch.
Right? And this is just a little kind of like census, like a little wellness check a little body check to see how you’re feeling and like thank you for sharing that tip. But that’s true though, if we’re not. Aware of where we are at mentally and how we’re carrying this energy in our body like it’s just gonna keep us stuck It’s it’s not gonna allow us to scale and grow and to meet those financial goals to meet those business goals And even like you mentioned to like relationship goals It’s like this is a relationship with your partner with your kids with your siblings It doesn’t matter like we have to meet ourselves where we are Each of us where we are and then that’s when true growth and abundance happens
Jessica Ann: yeah, because Another just keynote here too is If you’re waking up every day and pissed off at yourself because you didn’t get XYZ done, well, guess how your body is going to respond.
I guess how your energy is going to keep responding. So taking care of yourself and your energy and nurturing your energy and having compassion for yourself is another just key. And your body When I say body checks and asking your body, I actually want you to ask your body. Like, Hey, body, what do you need right now?
Because that’s showing your body safety. And that’s the key to everything is how safe you feel in your body. And if your body feels safe to communicate with you. Cause like I said, your body stores all of your wisdom, literally all of your wisdom. Why do you think you can’t tap into your intuition or your higher self if you are in fight or flight, unless it’s like a survival mechanism, then yes, that’s going to come through no matter what for, you know, but For more of like the growth and expansion part, your intuition is, is your key that is held within a calm regulated nervous system state.
You can’t hear that voice if you are just in go go panic pressure, chaotic mode. And I get it. I have two kids. I have two boys. I was working three jobs building my coaching business, but I still made it a priority to connect with Spirit was my easiest avenue at that. It was just the most safety that I, that I honestly had at that time, but now I can turn that inward.
But anyway, long story short, like, your body’s gonna tell you. You got, you gotta build a good connection with yourself before you can have good connections everywhere else.
Quianna: Oh my gosh, well I love to shift the conversation real quick. I have one more quick little topic I love to share before we wrap up. I love your coaching and all the things that you’re putting on social media and everything that you’re doing to bring awareness to the somatic and energy modalities, I just think is so incredible.
And I’d love to talk more about finding alignment with our unique gifts and like marrying that or like blending that with business. So Jessica, what advice would you like to share with business owners, service providers, coaches, and healers to help us step into our power and not only identify those unique gifts, but to weave them into our business?
How do we start with that?
Jessica Ann: Oh, good question. Well, number one, regulated nervous system is like the key to identifying and discovering your unique gifts. If you don’t know what your, let’s say you do, most, most of them probably do know what their gifts are, but maybe you’re not putting it into the work truly like you would.
Well, regulate your nervous system and see what lights you up. What you’re passionate about should be merged into your business. Because if you’re not passionate about your business, you’re going to burn out, and you’re going to hate it, and you’re going to burn it to the ground in a couple years, because we’re not bridging in those passions.
Your, your unique gifts lie within your passions. Like that’s the number one tip. Like if you’re somebody who doesn’t really know what that is, look at your passions and what lights you up to talk about. What do you get excited to talk about and making sure that you’re weaving that in through the work that you are doing.
And it can look a lot different for everyone. I’m trying to use my example. Spirituality honestly was my, was my key, but spirituality helped me regulate my nervous system, but connecting to Source, God, asking for signs from the universe. You guys, the universe is your playground, literally, the earth is your playground and you get to ask for signs too.
Just finding what lights you up and making sure you’re bringing that into your business and if you’re having a difficult time finding out what lights you up, find stillness, find groundedness. Find connection that’s going to uplift you and support you. Get an inspiration energy every single morning.
Like that’s the first thing I do when I wake up guys. This is another tip is I turn on something inspirational, whether it’s really good music or it’s a really good podcast, and I get in motivation and inspiration energy every single morning to start my day.
Quianna: Oh, my gosh. I love this so much. Ah, you are such a wealth of knowledge.
And like you said, we can go on and on for hours and hours and hours talking about all these different things. And this is a good surface level, though, with a little bit. Yes. Yes, it is. No, I love this so much. So I have two more questions for you. I’m so excited. And this one, I feel like we can go a little bit deeper into the last question, but I’d love to know your opinion on how we can find alignment with our thoughts.
Our thoughts, our mindset, body and business. So like you mentioned, okay, cool. We can find this piece. We can listen. We can, you know, we can ask the universe and, you know, literally have conversations with God or Jesus, whoever, you know, whatever feels aligned for you and, you know, how do we actually take action on that, Jessica?
Like, I love action. Like, let’s take, let’s take that next step and how do we, how do we co create with the All of our magic of our mind, our thoughts, and our body.
Jessica Ann: Trusting yourself. And that’s a very loaded. And I know it’s hard for a lot of people. It was very hard for me for a long time. But it’s, it’s trusting yourself to move forward.
I think that’s all I need to say is just trust, trust yourself.
Quianna: Speaking of energy, I just got full body chills. I’m like kind of getting teary eyed here because I Felt that. I’ve, I truly felt that.
Jessica Ann: And for me, it was easier to trust spirit than it was to trust myself. So that’s why I actually started with spirit first.
It was really hard for me to trust my body because I had a lot of I did have a lot of trauma, emotional trauma, especially growing up. So and even with my past relationship with my ex husband, like there was a lot of emotional turmoil. So I did not trust myself. So I had to turn to spirit to trust myself and learn how to trust myself and build safety from within.
Quianna: That’s so beautiful. I love it. And I feel, and this is why I love the podcast and I love these conversations is because I literally call these content. Like coaching calls because I’m getting like coached here in these experiences and I just want you to know that I fully receive that like I receive that message and I hope for you that are listening to can let that sink into your body like sink into this moment of whoa, like maybe you’ve lost Touch in that trust for yourself, right?
And you know and and even for me like I love a good action stuff It’s like look back at your past Look back at your past experiences and take note of the times that you trusted yourself and you made shit happen Like you made yourself proud and tap into that energy to help you kind of just kind of like revisit that That love and that safety and that trust for what’s next, right?
Like, and here’s the thing, when you trust yourself, like, you know, you got your back. And if you make mistakes along the way, like those are lessons. Like we all know that story, right? Like we all are a little bit numb to. You know, finding all the lessons in loss and all the lessons in all these difficult decisions and choices.
But whoa, like I really want that to resonate today. And that was just so beautiful, Jess. Thank you.
Jessica Ann: You’re welcome. I’m happy to allow you to receive that. I love that.
Quianna: I love this so much. Full body chills. One question I love to ask every single guest, what is your key tip? What is something that you wish you knew sooner or something you’d love to share with entrepreneurs today?
Jessica Ann: Actually two things. Well, the first one’s trust that we just talked about, but how to gain that trust. Key tip of how I did that, I love to use my personal experience, is actually connecting with my higher self. Cause your higher self is that bridge between you and God, you never source whatever your beliefs are, but your higher self is your ultimate guide of that next best, next best version of yourself, of who you want to step into.
So getting clear on who you want to step into, what she looks like, he looks like, whatever that is. doing the things that they’re doing every single day. What is your higher self doing? You need to be doing that today. And everything that you’re doing, like taking those steps of what your higher self is doing.
How can we implement micro move? I always say micro movements. Let’s take one little thing that you can do today that your higher self is doing and let’s start to build on that. So you’re walking with your higher self into that next level self.
Quianna: Oh my gosh. Those are both mic drop moments. I love this so much.

So I was just like, I’m the queen of energy. Everyone’s the queen of energy work, too, if you guys like.

Jessica Ann: queens.
We’re all queens. But I really love to teach it. Like, I truly do. I love, I love to teach you to be your own healer. I’m not here to heal you. I’m here to help you heal so you can reclaim your power. And that’s really what my message is, 1000%. It’s to put healing and to put your evolution back in your hands because you have that truth within you, so.
