Welcome to Quianna Marie Weekly. I’m your host, Quianna, your business bestie, and literally your biggest fan. If you’re new here, I’m so thankful our worlds collided and our paths crossed. To catch you up to speed real quick, I’m a photographer at heart, and I just recently made a huge pivot to no longer photograph weddings and to embrace this new chapter.
And this new change for branding and content shoots, as well as I’m still shooting seasonal portraits for families, boudoir shoots, and mini sessions. I got a lot going on, but even though I am closing the door on photographing weddings, I’m not throwing away the key. Who knows if I’ll pick them up again, but never say never, right?
In addition to photography, I have a huge heart for educating photographers and entrepreneurs to grow deep rooted and sustainable businesses that grow with you. As we continue to grow, expand, and embrace new seasons of life, I believe it’s impossible to outgrow your business when we listen to our intuition and make changes as we go.

For years, I’ve helped my business besties name their programs, name their events, build out their modules, create roadmaps for their sales funnels, plan events that are aligned with their offers and pull ideas out of thin air. Literally like chat GPT before it was even available and anybody knew what it was like, that’s just how my brain works.
And to be honest with you, I’ve sat on this gift for a long time. And finally, it’s time to unleash these ideas to help today’s conversation feel structured with a plan because I literally can take this in 17 different directions. I’ll first explain. Exactly what intuitive content coaching is and how I personalize these coaching experiences for you without a one size fits all filter or formula that everyone teaches.
You, your business and your clients are all very unique. And I embrace those differences to help pull the magic out of you. And I don’t want this to feel like it’s pulling teeth. Like it’s actually going to feel like a release, like this unlock. Ooh, I’m so excited for you. Next, I’ll break down a case study with one of my clients that has experienced content coaching paired with branding and content shoots to help you truly see this content coaching in action, like actually see the whole visual here in the big, big picture.
Then to wrap up this episode, I’ll be sharing my toolkit of five questions to ask yourself to help generate a ton of content ideas. What is intuitive content coaching? Let’s break it down. For me, it simply means articulating exactly who you are. What you do, why you’re qualified and how you help people. I’m not joking when I say it’s really that simple, but sometimes it’s the tiny steps in our business that feel like 12 flights of stairs, right?
When we work together, I’ll help you take those swirling ideas of what you do and what you’re offering, what you really want to do instead, and shout those results and your client experiences on every group talk. Social media is loud, but we really only need to focus on whispering to our ideal clients.
After our first initial intake strategy call, I’ll already have dozens and dozens of ideas for you to start adding to your content strategy. It’s like the floodgates open and ideas start flowing. Together, we’ll narrow down the content you love and the content that makes you cringe. Not only do we have all the different personalities and learning styles, but our energies are all very different.
I’ll help you decide which type of content creation feels aligned with you and your business. After we collaborate and brainstorm some ideas for your business, we’ll break down an action plan that actually feels sustainable. We’re in it for the long game, my love with quick wins along the way. My goal is to help you develop a weekly content series, something that you commit to doing once a week, plus an entire month of content ideas to rinse and repeat.
The beauty of this content strategy is that you’ll have the prompts, ideas, and engaging content that actually makes showing up online and in real life. More fun. Sales go from feeling down and icky to flying high like the superhero for your clients. When you have a solid content strategy paired with branding shoots and sprinkled with content shoots, you’re way ahead of the game.
This is why I’m so excited to introduce you to my friend, Darien, owner and creator of The Zen Den in Gilbert, Arizona. I actually met Darien for the first time at a manifesting yoga event. And this is what blows me away is because this is how the stars aligned and we actually connect in the first place.
Then shortly after that, she booked her first crush your content photo shoot. At the time, Darien just submitted her two weeks notice and was already eager to become a full time entrepreneur. We scheduled a photo shoot to capture her and her friends modeling for Savvy. And if you’re unfamiliar with Savvy, it’s a literally incredible active wear and advanced skin and wellness company that Darian was affiliated with.
So basically. She loved the clothes. Loved the products and the items that were for sale. She wore them and talked about them and sold them and then she would gain a commission, right? So, very, very, something a lot of us are familiar with, but I just had never heard of Savvy yet. So this is a cool thing.
Little intro to that, Darien had really, really big dreams and she knew she was destined for more. So together we brainstormed this transformation. What would it look like? How is she going to help people? Soon Darian would be expanding her education to learn more about yoga, breathwork, and becoming a certified wellness instructor.
We hopped on a strategy call and I asked her a handful of questions like the ones I’ll be sharing shortly. And together we took her wildest dreams, lit them on fire, and Added some gasoline and ignited even more ideas. While Darian was experiencing this shift and huge career change, I didn’t just capture pretty photos for her.
I wanted to help her see her value, boost her confidence, and capture these visions for her dream life as if it was already happening. Darian had dreams of opening up her own yoga studio, teaching classes, becoming an instructor and a mentor, traveling to visit local businesses for wellness classes. And what I mean by that is like, she really wanted to go into big corporate companies and offer yoga classes or breathing, like breath work classes and just things that are very preventative in the workplace, right?
Like going over the ergonomics to actually take a breath and, um, do some stretching before you get all cramped up and crazy. and create more problems in the future, right? So like, that’s what kind of we were going on with that. She dreamed of hosting events as well as offering a cute boutique to sell her savvy clothing.
So that was always the root of it, right? She really loved her savvy clothing opportunity and this affiliate program that she was connected with, but she saw so much more, right? Like she was ready to unleash more for her business and her life. Together, we bounced a ton of ideas. She brought her besties and we collaborated on a three hour crush your content shoot to encompass all of her visions and ideas.
At the time she didn’t have her own studio. So at our local park near a tranquil lake, we positioned her besties to make it look like an outdoor yoga class. Like I’m not even kidding. We had Darian pop in the front and then we had all of her girlfriends. I think there was like Eight of us, maybe five to eight girls of our besties that were joining us and we lined them up to make it look like a class.
And I even had her go through a quick flow to have her like have her besties follow along with her. It legit looked like an actual class, right? As a mom and an incredible friend, Darian has hosted many events and parties so far. Let’s be honest. I mean, Yeah. As a mom, she’s a pro and she’s been hosting parties forever as long as we know, right, but not with her new business yet.
So we gathered her girls and grabbed a coffee to showcase community and friendship. So once again, we took that vision and we made it tangible. We made it real, right? So like we didn’t have this workshop space or this conference table that she had dreamed of. But we did have this super cute local coffee shop and a cute little area outside in the sunshine.
And I was able to photograph and take behind the scenes video or B roll clips of this experience to show that, wait, no, this is real, right? So that’s what we did. And do you see what we did there? We captured exactly who she is now while embodying the life and business that she was striving for. The business she was craving, the clients she was praying for.
This is the power of photography and intuitive content coaching. I wish I could explain where my intuitive thoughts come from. Sometimes I just know things. It’s like when a friend says they’re fine, but I can tell something else is on their mind. It’s a gift that I’ve had since I was little. And to be honest, it used to get me into trouble.
I would just know things. Mostly, let’s be honest, because I paid attention and would study everyone around me. I was curious and I still probably am the most curious person ever. I ask questions. It’s like I would know how things would play out before anything ever unfolded. And just like my uncle Todd used to always tell us, you don’t need to be a psychic to know that two trains that maybe have broken their brakes traveling towards each other on the same track will eventually crash.
There are some things that we can just see and feel before anyone catches on. This is what I want to help you with, right? I want to, I want to help you see the magic, see these like unveiling of what is potential for you. So, okay. Let’s backtrack a little bit cause I get very excited. I went over exactly what intuitive content coaching is.
I shared a quick case study on how we kind of made this come to life and now I’m excited to actually Tap into like the questions that I love to get these content coaching calls, like underway, right? Over the years, I’ve developed this framework and thought provoking questions to help you get out of your shell, to take your rocky and scattered thoughts and find alignment in your focus and action steps.
We can all have the best ideas, but if we’re not taking action, chipping away at our to do list every day, all of those dreams will remain dreams and in the clouds instead of goals scribbled in our notebooks and eventually action items in our calendars. I can’t freaking wait to discuss your business goals and articulate what’s floating around in your mind to nailing down easy content ideas to start creating today. These questions are going to cut deep. I totally suggest saving this episode to refer back to and whip out your notebook to jot them down.
These are things that I feel like I’m going to ask you. And they’re going to feel so simple at first, but then kind of like Shrek and Donkey, when we’re going to be like peeling back the layers of the onion here, we’re going to cut deeper and deeper and deeper. And I want it to feel that way, right?
Because with every thought that gets kind of jotted down on your notebook, Instantly, that could be a content idea, right? So like, we’re really going to go big here. These questions, I’m giving you a quick little like unveiling and sneak peek to what it’s actually like to work with me when we book these intuitive content coaching calls, right?
So like I said, I cannot work with everybody, but I want to at least give you this base or kind of like a little sneak peek of what it would be like to work with me. Okay. So let’s dive into these questions.
One, what lights your soul on fire? This goes beyond the tools you’re using, your camera, makeup brush, paintbrush, your voice.
It’s deeper than just your niche. What do you love helping people with the most? What transformation or experience makes you feel the happiest and proudest that you get your clients to experience? I just recently shared a quote by Jade Simmons, I just post, I like did a reshare. On Instagram, and the quote says, your purpose is not the thing you do.
It is the thing that happens in others when you do what you do. Oh man, that one hit home. Quotes like that gave me the chills and helps me redirect all of the nonsense, self doubt, comparison and confusing thoughts. It makes me go back to square one and determine what is it that I really do. So what’s that for you?
Another way to ask what sets your soul on fire. What do your clients experience when working with you? Mindset shifts? What transformations do they experience? This would be a good time to pause and let those thoughts hit the paper. So please, if you need to take a moment, jot those down, even just write the questions down and you can revisit later and journal on later, let’s do it.
Number two, what are you currently offering? What’s for sale these days? Do you have a physical or digital product, online courses, or group coaching? Are you offering experiences, retreats, events, gift boxes, or mentoring? Are you literally selling air and just talking on zoom and dropping your knowledge and coaching?
What can we purchase from you? What are your buy buttons? Once we find clarity in how your dream clients can work with you, then we can generate even more ideas for targeting those clients with content they can’t resist. Okay. Take some time to write that out.
Number three, what do you really want to offer?
I ask this next because just because we have an offer suite or something for sale doesn’t mean that we feel aligned with it anymore. Maybe you’re selling things just because we’re good at it. Maybe it doesn’t light us up anymore. I personally felt this way about slowing down on booking weddings as an international published and award winning wedding photographer.
I loved what I did. Really good at making people feel beautiful, capturing candid and post portraits to look a candid and going back to my intuition. I somehow ended up at the right place at the right time. All the time. Right. I loved it. And I, you can say that I’m like a little too confident or a little too cocky, but I was really good at it.
I loved it today. This season of my life is changing. I found the love of my life and I’m ready for this next chapter. I want to work with brands and businesses that keeps me busy during the week, leaving sunsets and weekends open for me to truly live the life of my dreams, right? Literally for decades, I’ve been photographed.
Photographing the best days of your life. And now it’s my turn, right? Like that little girl inside me is like, which is my turn. So I want to ask you, how do you relate to that? Are you in the middle of a muddy pivot, ready to try something new? Maybe you’re still rocking a successful niche, but you’re ready to streamline your offers.
Change things up, maybe just a tiny bit. Are you ready for that? What do you really want to sell and what do you want your business to be known for? Okay. So that’s number three. Take some time to pause if you need to, and write that out.
Number four, What’s your biggest dream? The holy shit, this is huge and it feels impossible dream for your business.
Let’s just pretend that you feel the fear and do it anyway. Your only option is to succeed and those wildest dreams come true. For Darian, that was the yoga studio and hosting her wellness retreats. Both came true after our branding and content shoots. She has dreams of hosting retreats globally in places like Bali, Puerto Rico, Greece, and the most luxurious tropical destinations for yoga.
My biggest and wildest dream is opening up a complete, just perfect retreat space, right? Which, of course, I used to say that was my biggest wedding venue dream and goal, and it just felt like a pipe dream, right? But I really have expanded that to more of an intimate retreat space somewhere that we absolutely could host an elopement or a beautiful dinner party, uh, but mostly a place to host retreats or workshops and really fun events.
That’s not my dream. Like, yes, in addition to my beautiful farmhouse and raising my family, like, that’s it, like, that’s my big dream. What’s yours? I want to hear it. All right. All right.
Number five, Who do you have to become to find alignment with all of this? What do you have to start doing to reach these goals?
More importantly, what do you need to stop doing to reach these goals and to make this dream a reality? Take some time to really check in with your body, your heart, and your mind with this one. What does your nutrition look like? And no, not just what you’re eating or drinking, but what books are you reading?
What podcasts are in your ear? The people you’re surrounding yourself with. What rooms do you need to get in? What family and friends are draining your energy? And maybe you need to set some boundaries. This is where I come in. I love asking these questions to truly peel layer after layer and dig deeper into your soul’s purpose.
For all of us listening, I know you’re doing the work. You’re investing in your business, eager to keep learning every day and truly have felt like you’re the chosen one in your family to break the chains of living paycheck to paycheck and healing generational wounds. I see you. I know you. We’re all doing this together.

But this time, as I refresh this list, I’ll be sprinkling in some content ideas to really show you how this magic plays out.
Okay. So number one, what lights your soul on fire? This is the perfect time to share your mission, your why, what keeps you up at night. It’s your secret superhero power and why you do what you do. Sharing your why can look like taking a video of you journaling and making a plan, sharing glimpses of your family, both the history of your family and your current family.
Of course, pets are always welcome. So when I’m kind of refreshing on these thoughts here, what I’m really doing is just kind of helping you Identify that question and then literally create some checkpoints and some B roll opportunities or some content generating ideas to help you express this, right?
Like we can journal this, we can share it, we can talk amongst our business besties, we can talk to our spouses and our partners, we can talk to our dog about it, but if we’re not actually getting these messages online. We’re stuck, right? Like we’re, we’re only as far as our closest network. We need to push down those walls and break those barriers so we can really connect with our dream clients.
Okay. All right. Sorry. I’m getting excited. So number two, what are you currently offering? When was the last time? You got online or shared a graphic to simply share what you’re selling. Creating a quick start here post to pin to the top of your feed will help answer questions for anyone that stumbles across your account.
Sharing your products, your client experience, and inviting clients to your upcoming events is a great place to start with this question. If you’re an online coach, Start sharing graphics of mockups to showcase that you actually have something to share, right? And when I say mockups, I mean, you know, like the little mockup kind of like remove the background on a laptop or a cell phone or just something that shows that you are in the digital space.
Um, I think that can go a long way instead of just sharing your message. It, it makes those coaching containers or those offers tangible, right? Number three, what do you really want to offer? I love referencing past episodes that help add even more context and tangible education. Check out episode number 138, Elevating Your Authority with Peanut Butter Creative to hear all about polling your audience and leveraging your past and current clients to hear more about their needs.
I love sending direct emails and inviting specific clients to truly get a gauge on my business and where it’s going to serve up the juiciest, most transformational offers, right? Like, I love actually talking to my past clients, but you can absolutely whip up some graphics to boost engagement with polls, quizzes, and other.
Fun ways to offer giveaways for surveys. In my experience, it’s important to share the growth, pivots, and share your living brand. That way, when you do make changes or embrace a new business model or just start selling new offers, your audience will already be raving fans. You don’t feel like you’re starting over and over each time, right?
And I want you to think about that. Like if you have an influencer that you follow or even a dear friend of yours, right? Even if they completely fall on their face in their current business and offer something else because of the, I say relationship, like yes, relationship with your friend in real life, but let’s just say the following that you have kept up with, with this influencer, if you haven’t met them online yet, like no matter what they sell you, you’re going to be a raving fan and you may not actually purchase from them, but you’re still going to support them.
Right. Do you see what I’m talking about? Like we need to be able to create this type of content that our friends, family, and following can enjoy. Wants to see from us no matter what we do. And number four, what’s your biggest business dream? Even if it’s scary, it’s important to dream and to share the journey with your family, friends, and following.
You’ll be amazed how many opportunities will come your way. Once you decide sharing content about what you’re dreaming about and what’s most important to you will help generate more love and support for your business. Number five, who do you have to become to find alignment with all of this? What education do you need to invest in?
What daily routines do you need to actually move the needle? This content strategy will help bring your audience along for the ride to truly see the behind the scenes of your life and business. For this type of content, you can share your new tools and when I say tools, I mean, shot, like show off that gear, right?
If you get a new camera, if you, um, you know, pick up a new laptop or I dunno, any type of gear or tools that you need for your business, brag about it, talk about it. It’s exciting. So share about it, right? If you are investing in your business, right? So whether that’s education or you are showing up for workshops or you’re investing in conferences, you bet your booty, you should be sharing that real life moments that people can relate to, right?
So not just your industry peers, right? Like sometimes I find that I’m often sharing a lot of inside jokes or things that maybe only photographers or business coaches will understand. Right. And I forget. Yeah, but sometimes my, my following, my friends and my family love to just see when I get out and walk with Faith, right?
My dog, right? So if you’re new here, um, my little German Shepherd. Her name is Faith and right, like, so getting back into that routine of just sharing glimpses of your life, sharing this timeline makes content creation easy because you’re already doing the work. You just got to share it online. I can literally go on and on about content generation.
It lights me up and I love sharing my ideas.
