Casal Real Wedding

Not a dry eye was in the house while Christa and Travis exchanged their hand written vows at Casa Real. With exquisite attention to detail, Christa created a luxury experience for her guests, yet all eyes were on the love in their eyes. Yes, that’s right! Christa is a wedding planner with incredible taste and the heart for designing unforgettable experiences. This was by far the most organized and prepared wedding day I have ever shot!

Christa and Travis are adored by their family and friends with friendships that began decades ago. Growing up in Almaden Valley with a mutual love for the water Christa and Travis met at the swim club at a young age. Their friendship grew over the years with tons of memories and even a hardship that united them like never before. Together they have an incredible support system and the cutest son to continue creating lasting memories. Their love is contagious, like a magnet you just want to be near.

During the reception after all of the sweet, funny and endearing speeches Christa and Travis grabbed the mic to share their gratitude. Travis thanked their parents and everyone for coming to share their celebration, then Christa grabbed the mic. After echoing his appreciation, Christa couldn’t end their speech without telling the world that although everything about their day was perfect, she looked at Travis and said, “With all the beautiful details of today, I couldn’t imagine standing here and enjoying this moment with anyone, but you.”

Now of course, this was just by memory as tears were falling between my cheek and the camera! Christa had such a beautiful way of sharing a heart full of gratitude for her family that helped bring this day to life, yet taking a moment to look into the eyes of her husband to thank him, too.

Thank you Christa + Travis for creating such a beautiful, classic and timeless wedding, such a symbol of your love and relationship! I wish you the best as you continue to live your happily ever after. Forever.
