This quote brings awareness to the people I choose to surround myself with. When your heart gravitates towards someone there is no greater feeling than knowing that were meant to be in your life. I try to develop friendships with full acceptance and love, while bringing out the best and pushing other to reach their dreams. Life is too short to surround yourself with negativity and others that don’t see the full potential.

Now it’s not about changing someone to be better, but more about being their sunshine and watering their blooms. It’s easier to look around you and start thinking… How is anyone “watering me”? Even I sometimes feel alone and have to motivate myself sometimes! But really it’s about loving others unconditionally and helping them grow. Growing a beautiful garden is way more lasting than sweet blooms that wilt after a few days.

Today: How are you watering a friend? It may be a sweet “Happy Monday Text”, asking another Boss Lady out for lunch, or calling your mom just say, “I love you”!
