This morning I reflect on the ladies that truly have molded me into the woman that I am today. Without them I would be lost. How would I know when the eggs are done boiling? How do I calm down after almost running over a squirrel? What would I do if I couldn’t speak for 23 minutes without a breath about my day? Who would listen to me? Who would get me?

I am a true believer in finding your tribe and loving them hard. After all, it’s these ladies that keep you in check. Keep listening and supporting your day dreams and never stop believing in you. The ones that watch you grow and encourage you to be the best version of yourself!

Wether you just met her last week or you can thank her for bringing you into this world, boss ladies know boss ladies! May we encourage each other, embrace our differences, and empower our dreams. Every. Singe. Day.
